I went back to send a package out for my neighbor whom is not doing to well and her attitude was just as bad, the worse part was had my two grandkids with me and my grandson asked her a question and she looked at him and didn't say a word. I then looked at reviews to see if she had any reviews that could explain her arrogant, horrible attitude. Well what I saw was that she is not a very nice person. You can look for yourself. I'm assuming if you are a employee of a federal job you would have to follow all hiri g rules, be experienced, take the required exams. She clearly has know experience . Her father is the owner of the building and owns the store next to post office. Can he hire his daughter with out her following the federal usps requirements. And not to mention you never know if it's open, I would think a federal employee working for uses is required to work 8 to 12 hours. She has never stayed open after 4. 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. is her usual quiting time. Look at the reviews left by others , I'm not alone ! Lake Los Angeles has been my home for 25 years and I've never encountered a awful situation like this one.
