    I've been using the North Philadelphia Post Office for quite a while, and I wanted to leave a…read morereview because the employees deserve some recognition. Yes, the lines can be long. This is one of the busiest post offices in Philadelphia, serving a neighborhood with a lot of foot traffic, businesses, and Temple University students. The staff is constantly busy, and it's clear they're doing the best they can with the resources they have. What stands out is how kind, professional, and genuinely helpful every employee is. They give each person their full attention. It's easy to criticize when you're waiting in line, or your package is missing, but the postal system is huge, it may not be our post offices fault. They've helped me with a missing packages, taken extra care not to leave deliveries where they could be stolen, and have always been helpful with courtesy and respect. It's also important to recognize people who go above and beyond under difficult circumstances. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication. It doesn't go unnoticed. LK

    Well,it's impossible to get hold of anyone at any of the post offices. They turn off their phones…read morefrom early in the morning till they close. They physical PO closes too early, so if you work and get off at 5 PM, you're stuck if you need them for something, unless you want to speak to an inept AI bot who doesn't understand anything you say, then go for it. Only in Philadelphia, mostly the ones close to Center City. I'm fed up with them.
