They'll email and text you saying your freight is 'out for delivery,' they'll show you an ETA, they'll even display a live driver‑tracking screen -- and it's all complete nonsense. None of it is real. They do not deliver when they say they will. I took a personal day off work -- an actual loss of income -- just to make sure I was home so thousands of dollars' worth of goods weren't left sitting outside. And when the delivery window passed with no truck in sight, I called Customer Service. That was another waste of time. They claimed they couldn't reach dispatch, said they'd 'escalate' the issue, and promised a call back within 24 hours to reschedule. They provided no reason for the missed delivery, and could not explain in any way why it was not delivered. Completely unacceptable. I don't have unlimited time to burn waiting around for a company that can't meet its own commitments. Their incompetence cost me an entire day of work for absolutely nothing. I cannot express in words allowable on this platform how disappointed I am. I will never do business again with anyone associated with this company.

    First, this was a second attempt to take care of an important concern that required me to email…read morefour different sets of documents, with one set consisting of 48 pages. I first attempted to do this twice on Saturday, June 13 at the FedEx Norwalk location. Needless to say, I wasn't successful and kept getting an error message. First I didn't select enough money. Secondly, an error message occurred saying that the file was too large. This error kept happening. Therefore I asked for help, and the only available attendant said "just resend it in 2 or more emails. There is no extra charge." I tried that and it still didn't work. I felt defeated. And I didn't want to send 4 to 5 different emails. So I left because she appeared to be free but working on something in the background. And verbally instructing me to do something and not giving me the attention that I required. So I left. Sunday I went to a different FedEx. The location in Whittier on Whittier Blvd. Robert and Mark both eased my worrying and successfully completed the task that I required. They compressed the file and sent it to my email. Because of this, I was able to send one email with the 5 different sets of documents. I was more than thankful for their kind service. So I decided to write this and show my appreciation for excellent service. Robert and Mark, thank you for going out of your way to make this happen. They took the time & listened to me and solved my issue. They didn't brush me off. They took the time to physically help me. No fobbing off at this location. Thank you Robert and Mark.

I can't remember his name right now... Maybe Steve? Anyway, today, I was there on a double Jonathon and he was super gracious and helpful and just made me smile so there's all kinds of good things sometimes I do alone but the people that work here are like really good at what they do and they are a pleasure to deal with so if you don't have a good experience in this post office it's probably more about you.     Extremely frustrating experience with USPS passport services…read more First of all, they only offer passport appointments on weekdays--not weekends--which makes it nearly impossible for people who work 9-5 or multiple jobs to access this service. I had a 2 PM appointment, arrived early at 1:40 PM, and still left after 3 PM without getting my passport. Only one person was handling all passport requests, and the environment was chaotic and disorganized. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly very rude throughout the entire process. The first time we got to the front, we were told our form was incomplete--even though the government website says you don't need parental information if you're over 18. We had to go to the back of the line and wait all over again. Then we were told that because my partner has a Connecticut ID, he also needed to provide his Social Security card--something that's not clearly stated online. After doing some research, I found out a medical card would've worked too, but the clerk didn't offer that option. It felt like they were setting people up to fail. The office serves a large Latino community, yet no one spoke Spanish. That's a huge accessibility issue. Also, in 2025, how are checks or money orders still the only forms of payment accepted? This entire process was confusing, expensive, and deeply inaccessible. It's incredibly disappointing to see such poor service and lack of support for the community. The government and USPS needs to do better.
