This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. You can not call them, the calls do not go through. When they deliver for Amazon, they force the box into the mailbox, rather then dive up my driveway to my house. The product was a liquid and leaked. I put a vacation stop in in May and they kept delivering mail anyway. But there is nothing we can do about where we live an the post office we are stuck with! read more

they lie. they refuse to deliver amazon packages , the driver will put in the system at 10am the road was block and he tried at 1pm. how does that work when you go to post office at 10am to get the packages they are there at the post office so that means they take the payment to deliver the boxes but have no intent of ever doing the delivery that's a crime they can't plan on or try to deliver if the boxes were never loaded on the truck to begin with. that's theft that's misconduct by the driver that means the driver lies on a federal website he puts in the website the road was blocked and makes up a fake time that happens to right around when he normally would be at my location. when you go to post office to get the packages, they want i.d now for your private property that is paid for up front amazon is not u,s.p.s property and does not require i.d. when you ask the about the lies they make up more lies, like your road is not paved. its been paved for over 20 years. now they are out of lies they laugh at you . almost 50 years dealing with post office across the country never delt with one like this one the post master is the real issue because she is well aware of the problems, she protects them and tells you oh well. with a smile no joke... this a town wide issue here many people have the same issues. the mail driver for marl rd in walker valley is a criminal, lies on a federal website so he don't have to do his deliveries. i have been told that he also likes to break your mailbox if you get too much mail i have not had that issue but sounds right if your willing to lie so you don't have finish your job. and marl road has a lot of broken mailboxes way more than i see anywhere else. read more

Constant "attempted to deliver" but never any deliveries, nor a usps worker spotted on my property or on my road. I have had to go multiple upon multiple times to retrieve packages that they "tried to deliver" knowing full well they never even drove up my road. I chalked it up to being busy around Christmas, but now that Christmas is over I'm discovering it's just pure laziness. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. They gave my package to the wrong person TWO DAYS AGO and have been lying to me about its whereabouts to avoid confrontation. The person that is responsible let me stand at the counter for 45 mins without telling me the truth of what she did. I had to hear it from another employee when I called to follow up with the search for my "missing" package. This is an extremely valuable piece of clothing that I need for my job and it's in the hands of someone else. What happens once they figure out who has my property? What if those people don't return my property for me to claim? All they offered me is a reimbursement. I don't want your money, I want MY PROPERTY THAT I PAID FOR AND TRUSTED THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO DELIVER TO ME. isn't that the whole POINT of the postal service???? Screw this place. read more
