If we could, we would leave 6 stars because of the fact that he overdelivered on all his promises to us, and when one of our documents was delayed by Washington, he used FedEx to ship it directly to our lawyers while we were on vacation. It once took me close to an hour to pick up a package, as the two sour and excruciatingly inept workers processed the line. I will say that the guy running the passport service is a step up from the counter clerks, but for everyday stuff like mailing and picking up packages, forget it. In the end, it's an utter debacle to do any sort of business here. I've driven way out of my way to not have to use this branch and I would advise the same if you're thinking about going here.
