Was told the pipe may be collapsed i would have to pay extra for the camera service. Even after the pipe was cleared if there was a heavy rain the pumps would run and the basement would still get wet. I had Wood's come out a year ago. Gave me a great price to clear the line and use the camera. 1st major point they were the only ones to root it from both ends. 2nd major point camera showed no damage to the pipe saving me thousands and tearing up my front yard. Best point it has been a year. The pumps have never come on. The water level has never risen. Basement has remained dry.

I explained that I had a large box in my car that the call tag was for and that I had to pay to ship the small box. I asked if I could use the hand truck to go get the bigger box. Much to my surprise, the third employee who was tackling paperwork jumped in and offered to help me go get the package. He took it out of the car and put it on the hand truck, all I had to do was hold the door open. This was excellent service during a busy time and I was happily surprised! Pictures say it all. They also didn't have the pre-work paperwork and they had no tools. When someone finally brought tools to my building, they only gave them a drill without the type of drill bit they needed (they said a star bit was too specialized to disassemble my bed), so they had to disassemble all furniture manually with a screwdriver. took over 6 hours and that was with my friend and I also unloading the truck. They just told me I had the "basic insurance" (that I had to hurriedly sign in the middle of the move) and only offered to give me $100 back with no negotiation. I can't even remember the last time I posted a negative review, but I have never been so appalled with a company. Do not book college hunks.

The fact that they can open the box you even when I forget my key to the box. Try that at the US Postal Office.
