Always rude! I went in today and there were no other customers there, yet the lady at the counter…read morebarely acknowledged me. She didn't reply to my hello, or my thank you, OR my have a good day. Unbelievable. This isn't the first time, either. No matter what time of day, what time of year, no matter if there is a line or I'm the only person, the people here are rude af. I utilize this office because it's close to my job. That would be all post offices in fact. In comparison, Mars post office has counter people who are quick, courteous, helpful, and pleasant. You read that right. In fact, I will go out of my way to avoid all other post offices even if they are closer just to come here. No standing in long lines, no dealing with contentious people, no aggravation. I know. Hard to believe. However, I think you readers should just keep going to your own post office and try to be patient and understanding. Perhaps you'll be there on that day that service improves. While this location is convenient in relation to my job downtown, it's not ideal for speediness in…read morethe sense of its customer service. Typically, there's at least 3-4 customers standing in line and only one attendant working the register. During the busy times of day the line can easily double, which just makes the whole mailing process a bit more painful than it needs to be. Honestly, I found that I prefer to walk a little bit out of my way to another post office location where the lines aren't so long. If you do choose this location allow yourself at least an extra 15 minutes. Good luck!
