Grand Rapids police and postal staff do nothing to address the situation. PO Boxes only accessible during business hours, not very convenient or customer friendly. No automated shipping kiosk. In addition, supervisors shift blame to consumers when their staff continue to deposit mail in a private mailbox when all mail is supposed to be going to a PO Box that I pay several hundred dollars a year for.

They will give you advice on how to mail your package the best way for you, and if you have to go back to change your packaging they put you back in your same place in line. This location was no exception and I had to wait almost 30 minutes to buy some stamps. There was easy parking out front, though, and the employees were pretty friendly, so it wasn't the worst time. Plus, this is the only post office close by to me, so I'm a little stuck with it and hope to have more pleasant experiences in the future since I know I will be going back.
