    Needed some change prior to arriving at my Rowland Heights, CA., hair salon because they only accept cash. This branch's USPS was helpful, but they also lacked smaller bills lower than $20. I Also needed to buy some postage too, so I ended up buying them here since they were located in the same plaza as 'Gina's Hair Salon,' Rowland Heights, CA. Still got my early morning errands done early here. Wished they had more change of smaller bills though. I bought some Hummingbird Designed stamps. So cute!!!!

    My local post office it seems to be improving the line went pretty quick and they're always courteous and friendly. The service was a money order, which was two dollars a pretty good price .My opinion, postal employees, the mail deliveries all work very hard and I appreciate it. I recommend you support your local USP instead of going to all these other pop-ups. I think the USP is a lot better.

    I agree with most of the reviews here about the poor attitudes and work ethics. This lady here in the attached image would just completely ignore you when you speak with her and not even look your way if you "ask too many questions". When she has time for you or feel like she actually wants to do her job now she will speak to you as if you're a trouble maker and in a very annoyed attitude. From her behavior I can grasp that she hates her job and maybe it's not the most exciting but what did I ever do to you that you have to treat me with such disrespect? If you ever want anything done, you'd have to see Judy. She's the only one here who is helpful and patient.

    Postman is nice. You can leave your package at the counter if you already have a prepaid shipping label!

    This post office is pretty nice when I encounter with them when I do come here. Just beware of the long lines.

    This post office is awful! The employees are rude, it's always packed and staff look unhappy.

    The original place of business was deleted off of yelp and mine and a bunch of others' reviews were…read moreadded to the Usps on Nogales, and this page is new- probably due to the poorly rated reviews on how awful it is, and they wanted a clean page, so I'll go ahead and repost my review on here for everyone to be able to read. I really only come to this post office because it is the closest one to my house.. and I needed a box with a computer monitor, with priority shipping, shipped out to my buyer. I brought it to the post office and Lillian (the younger Asian lady) told me that the guy was outside and that I could just give it to him. Immediately, I thought to myself, "perfect, just in time!" I handed it to him, super easy. Usually my items get to my buyers in a couple days, maybe 3. That same day (March 18th) the tracking had said it was sent out on March 20th, which made no sense to me, but I decided to wait to see if anything updated on the tracking come March 20th. Or maybe that the package was missed during scanning and it would somehow end up at my buyer's house across the country at some point. Fast forward a week later, and it still was never scanned. I go into the post office where I dropped it off and Lillian was on the phone, and briefly tended to me before telling me to please wait while she finished her call. And THEN, cue the EXTREMELY rude, older Asian lady that actually manages this USPS location, comes over with the nastiest attitude- mind you I asked Lillian very kindly what my next step was if it wasn't scanned (because I know it wasn't her fault). Anyway, the manager whose name I don't know and I wish I did because I told her I was going to file a complaint about her, was like, "did you come after 4? And I said yes, and she interrupted me to tell me that they don't accept packages after 4 and that anything else is my own problem. I said yes, that's fine except that Lillian always accepts them and I frequent this post office, AND she directly told me to just hand it to the guy outside with the truck that picks up ALL the packages to take them to the distribution center where all UPS and USPS packages are taken. I asked her if I could have the number for the distribution center and she pointed to the wall and said you can call here, and I said no, I called that number before I came here, waited 50 mins on hold to talk to somebody and they told me to come in here to talk to you, and that's not even the distribution center number. Old Asian lady with glasses proceeded to tell me that it may be at the Santa Ana location or somewhere else, but refused to give me any other number and kept saying, it is not my responsibility and it is not my problem. She then said that she trains her employees to follow her orders and that she (points to Lillian) can't help you either, to which I replied, "Well maybe you should learn how to train your employees better because she literally told me to hand my package to your driver outside, and had I known this was going to happen, I would've gladly come back the next day and given it to Lillian." And she raised her voice saying again, "This is not my problem!" Meanwhile, Lillian is on the phone still, but listening to our entire conversation awkwardly. ***ALSO, during these days of quarantine, they are no longer accepting drop offs inside this post office due to their shortened hours of 1-5pm*** The lack of professionalism and respect from the manager that works here is unreal, and if you can go anywhere else but here, I would HIGHLY recommend that. I would say only come here if you have a drop off to hand to her, but honestly don't even come here for that. I hope that she gets fired or justice is served some other way because she needs some serious customer service training or just LIFE training in general, for the love of God. TL;DR My buyer was refunded their money back for the monitor they purchased, and sadly I will probably never see my monitor ever again because it's been 2 weeks from today since I sent it out, so there's that. And I haven't been able to file a claim because the package had never been scanned and I don't even have access to the tracking code anymore after my selling app cancelled my order and the shipping label was created through them. Overall, horrible experience. And the people at this USPS can go suck some fat ones.

The package arrived in about 3 weeks, which was within the timeframe I was expecting. Everything arrived safely, and I had no issues during the shipping process. I explained to her it needs to arrive by a certain day to which she assured me it would. When I checked the tracking however the item arrived 3 days after her estimate. This lady has some nerve giving out inaccurate estimates and even had the audacity to tell me if I wanted something to arrive earlier I should have come in the morning since mail is picked up in the morning. On top of that when she saw my last name she insisted I speak chinese because I am chinese. As someone who deals with customers I can tell you I'd never insist a customer accommodate me. Customers should always come first and as someone running a business she should make her customers feel welcome instead of making them feel like they should've had knowledge as to how the the postal business is run.

    Horrible employee with horrible customer service and attitude…read more She was closing that's why she couldn't answer a simple question to a client that needed her help because the other lady/employee didn't speak Cantonese. This employee pretended she didn't hear the lady asking her a question over and over again, so I got close to this employee and yelled at her, asking her if she was deaf and she replied no!! I'm closed! and walked away. I said where does it say you're closed?. Your sign say next window only. Anyways it doesn't matter the customer is asking you for help and you're just ignoring her. She came back yelling at me saying, are you blind?! Can you see the sign? And picked up the sign and threw it at me, I said no I'm not blind! I see the sign but the sign doesn't make you deaf does it? Have some manners at least to your own people. The other employee even asked her what's wrong with you, when she threw the sign at me. And didn't reply. I asked to speak to her manager and obviously the manager wasn't there so they gave me a number where no one answers and you can't even leave a message. This type of behavior is not acceptable. I hope someone can help me find the right person to report this inhumane behavior.

    I have to admit that the management or system used for 2025 during the busy season…read more(November-December) have improved substantially compared to the last 10 years. The key thing was keeping the drop off bin free of packages getting stuck especially for those that drop off ton of packages. Otherwise you'll have to wait in line just to drop off which could be worse when there are only 1 employee working the front. The most annoying thing would be that the outer door can be locked at times before 9am which means you can't access the drop off bin or PO Boxes earlier.

    Very disappointed with my local USPS delivery service regarding an important certified…read morepassport-related letter that required a signature. I paid extra for expedited handling and expected a proper delivery attempt. Instead, the carrier left a PS Form 3849 notice in my mailbox marked "dogs" and left immediately without ever ringing the doorbell or attempting contact. I reviewed footage from multiple security cameras around my property, and the video clearly shows there was no actual delivery attempt made. This was a certified letter requiring a signature, not ordinary mail. Customers pay additional fees for reliable and professional handling of important government documents. Simply writing "dogs" on the slip without even attempting to notify the resident is unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that this has happened multiple times already. Now I have to waste additional time driving to the post office, waiting in long lines, spending more money on gas, and rearranging my schedule just to pick up something that should have been properly attempted at delivery in the first place. The entire incident was recorded on camera, including the carrier walking up, placing the slip in the mailbox, and leaving without knocking or ringing the bell. USPS seriously needs to ensure carriers are following proper delivery procedures instead of skipping delivery attempts altogether.
