(She said thw camera had been down for a while) The interaction was also unnecessarily rude and condescending. We asked straightforward questions about the passport application, and instead of offering basic guidance, Carina acted irritated and unwilling to help. After completing the application, we asked where we could find the information about what documents and items we needed to bring. Her response was essentially, "I don't know, somewhere there."

PLEASE REFER TO THE PHOTO I AM ATTACHING. I dropped it off on May 11th. It's a box from Poshmark and I sell items to get some cash. Anyway, I told Poshmark that it hasn't been tracking since May 11th and today is May 18th. They want me to wait until May 21 before they take any action. WTF ?!?! I let them know that the post office hasn't updated anything since May 11, so they either stole the package or it got lost or it never left he facility......... Per the photo, it never left this location! How is this location so incompetent?!?! I will never bring to this location again and I noticed the negative attitude of the Asian woman working there. A line of customers were waiting for her to open at 3:45 pm which is when the post office re-opens from lunch. I was the first person in line. She had this negative attitude helping us. It was a line of about 7 people...... It just shows the incompetence of this person because usually USPS does a great job shipping packages but this location SUCKS AND YOU WILL EXPERIENCE MISSING PACKAGES AND LOSE YOUR MONEY IT SEEMS!

The first time I came, there was only one worker and the second time there were 2. Finding this post office was a bit of a challenge as it's very hidden (moreso if you're coming from the Von's side of the parking lot). The location itself is small but the air conditioning is very cold, which makes waiting in line not so bad. Workers were professional and not as rude as some of the other post office locations I've been to.

The African American post office worker always uses the excuse that it's secured and that she always fishes out the mail afterwards, but when it's busy she lefts it build up before she gets the outgoing mail. One time my mail was put there and my bill was never paid to the correct credit card but someone tried to fraudulently make someone else with my check. She states she only puts mail in there when someone hands her mail when she is with a customer but that is totally false because I stand inline to hand it to her or other mailmen working the post office. I find her to be quite rude in her explaination because other post office workers just put the mail behind to the side behind the teller window where they serve you. It's definitely more secure since in this shallow tray bad people can grab your mail and leave. Can you replace this shallow outgoing mail tray with some more secure and replace this woman who I find to not do her job to secure our mail.

Sometimes it's really grudging and the customers can be giga buffoons, but I've had no issues myself. Workers are efficient and I can go in and out ASAP. They have PO boxes here and some outgoing mailboxes outside too. They also have stamps and other postal goods for sale too. I've mailed stuff from here, picked up items from here (though for international ones I've had to go further for some reason), I've returned items through them, all's good. Also just a word of the wise, I've seen and been in car accidents in front of this post office. People are trying to speed through the plaza or stupidly try to park in front of the post office to quickly drop something off and it's a busy shopping plaza, and they get scuffed. Unfortunately, the post office can't release any camera footage if you do get scuffed.

Thought I'm pretty sure this place becomes a battlefield an hour before it closes as I came here to pick up a package I didn't get a chance to sign for (and the closer post office near me didn't have it). AC goes pretty strong here and you can get passport errands done here as well. There's PO boxes and a self service station if there is a crowd waiting or if you want to be more introverted. It took me less than 10 minutes to return my old internet equipment to Frontier Internet via the…read moreUPS Store. There was only one customer ahead of me. The young, tall, and handsome man helped me. He began by scanning the QR code on my phone and took the Internet equipment. At the end of the transaction, he printed two sheets of paper and handed them to me, with one great advice, "Please keep them for your records in case they (Frontier Internet) claim you never sent the equipment back." I was like really?? The receipts contain the shipping information and tracking number. This was on March 18th. Luckily I did keep the receipts in a safe place, because on May 4th Frontier billed me $110.50 for the unreturned Internet equipment. I contacted them via online chat to dispute the bill. Frontier representative asked me for the shipping date and tracking number, which I quickly gave to her. After 10-15 minutes, she finally said that the charges will be reversed. Thanks to this young man at the UPS Store for making this transaction headache-free!! Even though he wasn't very talkative, he did show me that he does care about the customers. In the future when I ever need the UPS service again, I will definitely return to this location.
