I didn't experience that today because coming I was helped by my rep, who provided valued service in helping me ship my package. As someone who doesn't use the PS a lot I often have questions about packing and wrapping, so I brought extra items to help with the process. The rep, Lynn, not only offered to help wrap the rest of the package, but also was patient in answering my questions about shipment date and tracking. I'm glad I was able to experience such a positive interaction with her and will be utilizing this service and location in the future. Hopefully they can find more people to man the counter, because a line did form after I left. But inpatient people will also be a problem in any business and that shouldn't fault the reps.

Horrible employee with horrible customer service and attitude…read more She was closing that's why she couldn't answer a simple question to a client that needed her help because the other lady/employee didn't speak Cantonese. This employee pretended she didn't hear the lady asking her a question over and over again, so I got close to this employee and yelled at her, asking her if she was deaf and she replied no!! I'm closed! and walked away. I said where does it say you're closed?. Your sign say next window only. Anyways it doesn't matter the customer is asking you for help and you're just ignoring her. She came back yelling at me saying, are you blind?! Can you see the sign? And picked up the sign and threw it at me, I said no I'm not blind! I see the sign but the sign doesn't make you deaf does it? Have some manners at least to your own people. The other employee even asked her what's wrong with you, when she threw the sign at me. And didn't reply. I asked to speak to her manager and obviously the manager wasn't there so they gave me a number where no one answers and you can't even leave a message. Been here twice already and really appreciate the customer service provider by the workers…read more It's a pretty small location located at this dmall.plaza containing a grocery store, Dollar Tree, some small businesses and a few restaurants as well. I just really wished they had a self-service station because depending when you go there are a good number of people waiting in line. A line of customers were waiting for her to open at 3:45 pm which is when the post office re-opens from lunch. I was the first person in line. She had this negative attitude helping us. It was a line of about 7 people...... The African American post office worker always uses the excuse that it's secured and that she always fishes out the mail afterwards, but when it's busy she lefts it build up before she gets the outgoing mail. One time my mail was put there and my bill was never paid to the correct credit card but someone tried to fraudulently make someone else with my check. She states she only puts mail in there when someone hands her mail when she is with a customer but that is totally false because I stand inline to hand it to her or other mailmen working the post office. I find her to be quite rude in her explaination because other post office workers just put the mail behind to the side behind the teller window where they serve you. It's definitely more secure since in this shallow tray bad people can grab your mail and leave. Can you replace this shallow outgoing mail tray with some more secure and replace this woman who I find to not do her job to secure our mail.

I Had to purchase Certified mail today: since my mom and i were dining at Boiling Point, Hacienda Hts., CA., we stopped by to visit USPS, Hacienda Hts, CA., Service here was topnotch: 5/5~the cashier was explaining to me how certified mail works that it usually takes 3-5 business days for this type of mail to arrive. The cashier immediately can tell we both speak Mandarin fluently so used Mandarin with us. Likewise, we told her Happy Lunar New Year in Mandarin. This was just a quick visit so didn't get to take pics. Next time i buy a pack of stamps from here, I'll take pics to add some essence for this review. Sometimes it's really grudging and the customers can be giga buffoons, but I've had no issues myself. Workers are efficient and I can go in and out ASAP. They have PO boxes here and some outgoing mailboxes outside too. They also have stamps and other postal goods for sale too. I've mailed stuff from here, picked up items from here (though for international ones I've had to go further for some reason), I've returned items through them, all's good. Also just a word of the wise, I've seen and been in car accidents in front of this post office. People are trying to speed through the plaza or stupidly try to park in front of the post office to quickly drop something off and it's a busy shopping plaza, and they get scuffed. Unfortunately, the post office can't release any camera footage if you do get scuffed.

The young, tall, and handsome man helped me. He began by scanning the QR code on my phone and took the Internet equipment. At the end of the transaction, he printed two sheets of paper and handed them to me, with one great advice, "Please keep them for your records in case they (Frontier Internet) claim you never sent the equipment back." I was like really?? The receipts contain the shipping information and tracking number. This was on March 18th. Luckily I did keep the receipts in a safe place, because on May 4th Frontier billed me $110.50 for the unreturned Internet equipment. I contacted them via online chat to dispute the bill. Frontier representative asked me for the shipping date and tracking number, which I quickly gave to her. After 10-15 minutes, she finally said that the charges will be reversed. Thanks to this young man at the UPS Store for making this transaction headache-free!! Even though he wasn't very talkative, he did show me that he does care about the customers. In the future when I ever need the UPS service again, I will definitely return to this location.
