This one is a small office with only three 'windows'. They are USUALLY staffed by; from Left to Right...Kyle, then Mi, Then Susan. They are all three very friendly and helpful and efficient. I have an "e-commerce" business. In other words, I sell on eBay. So I go to this office sometimes three times a week. It's rarely too busy. Most of the time there are only a couple to a few people in line. The line generally moves quickly and the staff is friendly and helpful. eBay gives me discounts if I use the USPS to ship my packages - like 25% off. So using the Postal service is a good value for me AND my customer. I really, REALLY like this Post Office and will continue to go there forever! Two stars. There was…read moreonly one person ahead of me, yet the wait was incredibly long. One employee went on what was supposed to be a 10 minute break but didn't return. Meanwhile, Leslie spent roughly 30 minutes assisting the customer in front of me which was very time consuming. We politely asked if she could help other customers while that customer completed paperwork, but she said no. Seemed like she was giving good customer service to the person in front of her. She also told us it's "always like this" and that she would be the only employee working on Thursdays. During that time, the line grew to more than 20 people, and many customers gave up and left without being helped. Being severely understaffed was completely unacceptable. It showed a clear lack of respect for customers' time, resulting in excessive wait times, poor efficiency, and an overall frustrating experience that drove many people to leave without being helped. I won't be coming back unless they properly staff!

She is very disrespectful, dismissive and does not provide any assistance or customer service at all. I literally avoid this post office at all costs because of her and travel farther for a better experience, but today I came out of convenience and of course, she was rude and disrespectful yet again. Will not be coming here again. Hopefully they put her through some retraining, customer service training or just get rid of her altogether. Very unfortunate I have to avoid my local post office because of disrespectful behavior.

I explained my experience to the woman in the front and she said next time just come back up to the front so I wouldn't lose my place in line so while some of the customers were a bit rude, the staff is efficient and kind! the line moved quickly both times that I was in it. He has been especially kind with his customer service. Even in these hot summer days he still gives great customer service. As you can imagine living somewhere for 10 years you would expect to lose your mail key every now and again and some times I have to drive around and look for him if I happen to miss him and will retrieve my mail for me. My mailman prior to him I believe his name was victor(now retired) used to do the same thing .. they are amazing and I just wanted to give them their flowers. As a result of the DMV's Peter Principle, INEPT Rules/Regulations, I had no choice but, snail mail the DMV Document at the Rancho Cordova CA US Post Office location!!!! In addition, the Post Office Clerk informed me it's best registering the DMV Document letter just in case, the DMV fails returning the correspondence. Such instances Motorists sending DMV Documents: The Post Office Clerk has experienced too many customers being subjected to the DMV losing their DMV Documents!!!! Therefore, I'm grateful the Post Office Clerk has my back via proving my DMV Document will be guaranteed being received rather than "purposefully lost!" OY-EVAY!!!!

Our regular male carrier is wonderful. She is so careful with the mail and checks and make sure we don't have any outgoing. She is great. But every single time she leaves to go on vacation or takes a day off whoever substitutes for her is the worst. Yesterday, the mail carrier hands me the mail in my hand because we were sitting outside. I am sitting with my friend who lives two houses down and I have her mail in my hand. So I give her her mail and I tried to catch up with the male carrier who is already a few houses down, but he can't hear me because he has earphones on. When I finally catch up to him to let him know that he gave me the wrong mail, and where is my mail, he just looks at me" oh yeah, one house didn't have mail today so I just got turned around." that's his response. Not oh sorry let me go check on that or anything else. No he turns around and keeps delivering the mail so I'm not sure if anybody got their mail yesterday or if we all have someone else's mail because he got turned around because one house didn't have the mail? He absolutely did not care, and did not make any initiative to fix this. So I'm not sure if somebody else got my mail yesterday I didn't. So then I tried to call the Arden post office today to talk to the manager and let him know this is going on. No luck you can call there 20 times nobody will answer the phone. I will probably have to make my way over there in person, but honestly, I don't think it will help. The postal people have one job to do, and in the case of the mail carrier. It's to make sure they're giving you the right mail. It's not OK that the day your regular carrier goes on vacation everyone's mail gets delivered wrong. It is tax season, I also run a business and I don't need to have my mail all over the neighborhood . I'm sure other people don't either.
