While it's a big location, it's definitely a little run down and outdated- but I'd say a lot of post offices are nowadays. They had a couple people helping customers up front and it was very busy while I was there. I did notice that some of the areas seemed like they needed to be re-stocked and I ended up needing to borrow a pen from behind the counter for my package. I feel like I remember other locations having pens on chains that can be used. Overall, the team working here were working really hard and doing a great job at moving through the long line. I was able to send my package out and it was a better price than going to Fedex or UPS, so worth the wait.

At that point, it felt like the entire location should have been closed since they weren't able to provide basic services to anyone. On top of that, the employee wasn't very friendly, and she even said she was going to get her manager because the other customer was "harassing" her -- even though the customer was simply trying to purchase a gift card. Overall, it seems like the staff should remove unusable gift cards from the shelves instead of letting customers find out only after trying to buy one.

The parking is really spicy and it has a one-way in and a one-way out which was pretty creative. When I went inside there is a long line but it went by quick. Also I find that it was really clean inside and it was organized. There were a lot of postings where you drop off the mail so it is very informative on the collection time and what they accept and what they don't accept. Also the people were friendly and quick on their feet and the service was consistent. I would be back if I am in the area so I don't need to go back to my neighborhood and feel rush and drive all around the place. But who's counting! The gentleman who answered was very helpful & very precise in taking all of my information. He assured me that they would most likely find my package, they usually did. He told me to give them a couple of days to locate it & they would email me, & if I didn't hear from them in a couple of days, to call back. He really sounded confident that they would locate the package so I hope I don't have to call back.
