In addition, the posts of the 4-poster were not protected during the trip and I didn't notice the three dings, two on the posts and one on the side rail, until I set the bed up (after they left). The whole bed was in pristine condition before being moved. I had emphasized that to the moving company beforehand; to handle it carefully. i have since filled in the scratches but I wish that they had taken more care withe the bed.

The work was fine, but I asked for an itemised invoice three times and never got more than a basic total. I work with major contractors at my job all the time so I know what should be listed. It was pretty easy to figure out their material costs were, so the hourly came out to $600, which is off the charts crazy. I liked them initially, but the juice ain't worth the squeeze at $600 an hour.

It tends to be short staffed, so if you have serious postal issues, be prepared to wait at least a half hour. If your mail gets lost... good luck. Parking is a challenge in the spring&summer. Jeff was working behind the counter and apparently didn't know we were in a pandemic, as he was without any PPE. Wear a mask, Jeff! He wasn't even trying to pretend to have one around his chin, or in his work station. Meanwhile, while I was there four other people came in that were in their 60s and one actually turned around and walked out after looking straight at him, and deciding it wasn't worth it.
