Every month I was charged the contracted amount, no problem, until they started double charging me in March 2026. I called to ask about the problem and they explained that one of their billing clerks had suffered some health issues that resulted in mistakes to billing. They credited my account for the overcharges, which they said covered the service for about four months. They then charged me again the following month. I called to get that corrected and to change my service to once a month collection rather than twice a month. They processed that and the change in rate extended my credit on my account another two months or so. Then they didn't collect my bin on the designated day that their own schedule indicated it would be collected on. When I called to ask about the missed pickup, they told me it was not my scheduled pickup day, even though I was literally looking at the schedule they sent me. I decided I'd had enough of account issues and poor service (their pickup times varied each week and sometimes they didn't pick up until almost 6 p.m.) and canceled my account. I asked them to refund the remaining credit on my account and they did so in four payments. This was three months ago and I just received an invoice for an overdue payment from October 2025! I called and told them I had never been notified of an unpaid invoice but they insisted this one was overdue. I checked my bank statement and saw that every month's invoice had been paid in full, on time. I informed them of this. They gave up and said they'd just wipe the account clean. I question their bookkeeping accuracy and highly recommend you seek elsewhere for your residential garbage collection service.
