I don't even live in this town and I chose to come here for my mail and shipping needs before ups or fed ex or basically anywhere else if I can avoid it. I even had a virtual mail box at a Third party retailer that I supposed would be better but I'm not going anywhere else now. Locally past orleans this is the best place to chose !

One time I asked for a receipt when leaving a package and was told "we don't do that" .....really???? Went again to ship something overnight and was told I would be better off going to Hyannis to ship it....because that is where the real Fedex office is.....really??? We did not see them pack the items, but felt it was straight forward. Upon receiving the package in Utah, we were presented with a mangled and taped up box. The box they utilized was a box from a sleeping bag (think of a box off of a Walmart shelf). This box was never designed for or intended to shipped across country via UPS. CCPS responded: "It does look like a reused box was used for your shipment, and also definitely looks like the box was improperly handled. We do accept and reuse boxes of good condition, and for items of clothes or other non fragile items, sometimes a reused box fits the items better." Why go to a store that specializes in shipping if they aren't going to put your stuff in a real shipping box? I would never use this business or recommend it to anyone again. Poor service, poor quality and poor value - Stay away and go to the real UPS Store!

The early part went well - getting a quote. From there, it was downhill. I had specifically instructed the assistant store manager Alex S and paid for the item to be shipped only via UPS! They shipped via FedEx because it was cheaper for them. When they attempted a recall they lost track of it "in the FedEx network". I would absolutely NOT recommend them for anything of value or importance. They are the textbook definition of a logistics disaster. In a country with at-will employment that rewards merit, how such incompetent people keep their job is a mystery. But worse yet, is the owner of this store that cared neither about his customer nor his employees. He let an employee that had failed in the first place continue to muddle along while not having the courtesy to contact the customer to fix things. Sadly, Yelp does not allow less than one star. In summary, there is nothing "Qwik" about them when it comes to "ship". UPS eventually delivered the package on June 16 after FedEx trucked it coast to coast 4 times since May 11. The long logistics nightmare is finally over for an item I purchased in April.
