This morning I came in expecting my package and the clerk that I went to told me that it wasn't there and that I should come back later today, I found it a little weird but didnt think tm of it. Went it this afternoon and had the same guy, said he didnt see anything and when I asked to speak to a supervisor and tried to continue to explain what was told to me he basically js pushed me off and was extremely rude, also noticed how he was rude to other customers trying to ship things for her small business and was telling her to go to another post office for something he could simply do there. The lovely supervisor who helped me was very nice and helpful, she was easily able to find my package for me which I found very weird because this clerk said twice that he couldn't. its def a 50/50 chance with this staff but I was happy to finally get my package. There is a small parking lot and also street parking. While I waited for one employee to find my package another one told me amazing stories about items and animals that people ship. There were roosters being shipped and nosiy as hell and that sparked the conversion. I would highly recommend this post office due to my fabulous experience.

She said they only do that "if it's really heavy or something." LOL. If we're going to guess at weight, I'll just do that from home.
