No one ever answers the telephone. Why can't they answer the phone or at least have a voicemail system to call back.

I used to live nearby and found it to be small, but super convenient. This current post office is smaller than the original was. I still have a PO Box there, and have had one for almost 10 years. I stop by regularly to pick up mail, and occasionally stop in to mail packages and buy stamps. I still think the staff is one of the friendliest post office staffs around. There are a few staff members who are very kind and helpful. Though the senior staff member who always made sure they had the best stamps has long since retired, they still seem to have a better stamp selection than most of the post offices in town. However, my reason for the 3-star review is that this post office is much less convent than it was even a year ago. Now it doesn't open until 11AM. I often like to pick up my mail in the morning on my way to work. Though, the PO Box is accessible in the early morning, I cannot take care of any other business there. Also, this post office was very accessible when Macy's home store was open, but with that closed, the only nearby parking lot becomes chaotic by 11AM. Other parking lots are a bit of a walk, which is not convenient when you want to stop in quickly. All in all, this post office is friendly, but simply not as convenient as it used to be.

Was super delightful. Made the experience fun even though total time spent was no more than 2 minutes long. They do pretty much everything you'd expect here plus they have hallmark cards and gift cards here to buy as well as boxes and tape and stamps. Pretty quick experience. It's tucked all the way in the back of the mall by LensCrafters.

They are just humming along and working hard to keep the line short. When its my turn which is usually after about 7ish minutes, its a short quick exchange and its over before I know it. They have two sides of the office. The right side is where I drop off my packages and the left side, I'm not sure what happens there. It says retail office. In the middle of the two offices are the PO boxes and a place to drop off boxes and packages after hours. That shaft is always overfull or doesn't work, so I always make sure I go during business hours. Make sure you read the instructions because only certain packages goes in that shaft. Parking is numerous but its a two way street and it's pretty narrow so proceed carefully.

Dreaded coming here today, expecting a long line out the door for the holidays. Imagine my surprise to find a relatively short line (see photo). On my last few early afternoon visits, the line has been long, and there have been only two folks working at the counter. However, the line moves fairly quickly and isn't too much of a hassle. Try to stop in early if you're in a hurry so you can avoid a wait. There's a decent size lot in the front of the building where you can park, but spots do fill up quickly. The good thing is that people usually don't linger in their spots for longer than they have to, so the wait usually isn't too long. Service is always friendly and helpful. I do wish that the USPS was doing a little better so they could hire more folks to work the counter and make our time in the Post Office a bit more efficient. Thanks!

I've seen them de-escalate a lot of problems and help people who are distressed. Really can't say enough high things about these individuals! I think they're a little short staffed, but who isn't these days? Avoid going at noon or like 4:00, because the line can get really long. Overall, a great post office with outstanding people.

Unwelcoming staff, chronic inefficiency, and frequent technical failures are the norm here. I'm sharing this particular visit because it illustrates perfectly what you can expect every time you walk through that door. I came in with the simplest possible transaction: a prepaid label, already purchased, with a QR code to scan and print. A 30 second transaction, tops. The self-service kiosk had a long line, so I made the decision to use the full-service counter instead. I waited 20 minutes. When I finally reached the teller, I showed her my QR code and was told, without a hint of apology or friendliness, that she couldn't scan QR codes and I needed to go use the self-service kiosk. The same kiosk. The one with the line. Back I went for another 20 minutes, after which my actual transaction took all of 30 seconds. So, 40 minutes, one needlessly rude employee, and a full-service desk that is apparently incapable of performing a function that an unmanned machine handles effortlessly. Par for the course here. If you have any flexibility in how you ship, do yourself a favor: go to UPS or FedEx. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location in particular. The USPS as a whole is struggling, but this branch has truly distinguished itself in all the wrong ways. You've been warned.

I had over a dozen boxes to ship, but she zipped right through them with a cheerful attitude. I used the large flat rate box, which was only $22.80. This was really affordable in comparison to FedEx or UPS. What's missing is a cart for customers to wheel in heavy packages. I had to make multiple trips. Luckily my boyfriend was there to do all the heavy lifting! When I left, I grabbed additional boxes because I have more shipments to make for work, and I really did not appreciate a snide remark from one of the other female workers (I didn't catch her name). I didn't take the boxes just to hoard them, so the rudeness was uncalled for. This negative interaction resulted in a downgrade of my review from a 4 to a 2.

Considering all the negative reviews on this location I was nervous but I needed a USPS and this is the only one left within half an hour of me. The location is really weird though, behind all of the stores and restaurants. There's one sign by Pilate studio indicating the usps is back there but they could really use some more. I recommend parking around the back of the strip mall, it's a lot closer to the USPS and less stressful than contending with the packed lot in front.
