It says they are open until 5pm. I arrived at 4:15pm and the lady is in there with the doors locked sitting in the dark. Why? It's not a holiday. Lunch is 12-1pm and your hours say you are open until 5pm. UPDATE YOUR HOURS IF THEY ARE NOT CORRECT! read more

Love going to this post office. Most of the time there is little to no line for only 2 windows and it gets the job done. Plenty of parking. Avoid peak hours near closing. Conveniently located in a strip mall next to an awesome sushi place next door that I get lunch at on my way out. Highly recommend this post office for a no frills quick errand done. read more

The ladies that run this post office are professional, efficient and friendly. I've been going here for years. Recently had a priority mail package that had to be delivered asap - recipient called me just as the address for the transaction was completed at the window & immediately while I was repeating the new address over the phone, the clerk modified the location, printed out and re-labeled the package and didn't charge me anything for the change. First time at this post office. I needed to ship something out and buy a bunch of stamps. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service; at many locations they won't let you use tape to finish taping your package or they are just flat out unfriendly, but this location they were more than friendly and willing to help me! The location is good, however parking can get congested during peak hours since it shares parking with Taco Bell and 711. Not sure why this post office gets so many negative reviews.. I guess everyone's experience varies? Overall, the staff made my experience superb and I was in and out in a flash -- no one wants to spend long at the post office :) Definitely recommend if you are in the area -- the staff will treat you right! read more

I went there with my mother and the Vietnamese lady was extremely rude from the start. We had a return for Amazon and she didn't even give us a chance to talk, every time we tried to show the label she kept telling us "we no do that here" eventually the nice lady Michele helped us and was very patient with us . She managed to help us with our package even with a language barrier. MICHELE NEEDS A RAISE!!!! I also want to add that the time Michele helped us I witnessed the Vietnamese lady say the same thing she said to us to 2-3 other customers, I'll come back just to have Michele's help us and i recommend anybody going to this location to ask for her as well. Michele is a 10/10 employee and the Vietnamese lady was a 0/10 she needs more training. read more

I usually can't stand going to USPS due long lines and rude & unhelpful staff, but this place doesn't have any of that. I came on a Tuesday around 9am and it was not busy at all. The cashier was actually super helpful in making sure I sent my package the cheapest way available. And the other cashier was really sweet chatting to my daughter. I have been going to this PO for about two years. The clerks are always helpful and professional. The only downside to this location is that they close for lunch from noon to 1PM every day. You also need to lock your car, as there are a lot of drug users in this area. read more

I came to deliver a small package! There was no line and the both people behind the desk wanted to help me. I like when I go to the post and it stress free. I also bought a small package box for future use. They asked me if I need to buy anything else and thanked me for coming in. This post office is closed from 12-1 for lunch. They have their package drop box sealed shut with a sign saying to drop packages at the window. I came here on my lunch break and was a wasted trip. Management should schedule different staff to be on lunch at different times instead of shutting down the post office for an hour. Or at least have a package drop box accessible. read more

The vietnamese lady there is very condescending and rude.. lots of anger issues. The old white lady is a bit more of the passive aggressive type.. all in all a very toxic environment and since their self drop off box do not work your forced to deal either of the two even for a quick drop. This location sucks..... Big. Why am i reviewing a post office on yelp? Idk. But if anyone is bored and is reading reviews on post offices.. Heres one for you.. Came here on 10/16 at about 230. My bubble mailer envelope package was apparently too thin to add tracking to ? It barely didnt meet the required thickness. Lady behind the counter told me i couldnt ship it with tracking and if i want to ship it or not. Said it as if i was wasting her time... I kindly asked her if i can just open it and throw some cardboard in. Her reply , "i guess... It would look more official." wtf does that even mean??? So i go back to my car and tear up one of my shoeboxes opening up my package and filling it with cardboard. I go back inside and deal with the chubby mexican girl. I ask her kindly.. May i please borrow some tape? (to reseal my bubble mailer). Her reply... "What?! You can if you purchase it..." . ive shipped thinner packages at numerous diff post offices and theyve all kindly gave me some tape to borrow. Have to ship my package tomorrow..... If I could give them negative 5 stars I would! This is the worst location I've ever been to. I had to send a package with medicine... an emergency so I left work 10 minutes before they closed. I am 2 minutes away from this location I get there at 4:53 and they were already closed. Really? Your schedule is till 5pm not till 4:53 or before. Who knows what time they left, but when I got there it was already empty. They should fired all that lazy people, and hired someone who actually wants to work, and respect the hours of operation! The staff here was absolutely fantastic - much more than my usual post office. I came here because I needed passport photos. Margaret was friendly, fast, and even helped me save a bit of money. She really went above and beyond in accommodating my needs. The other staff also had great service. They were giving a group of kids a tour and some coloring books while I was there - very cute. :) (Note: I went during "off hours" - around 9 AM. I have mixed feelings about this place. Some staff is helpful whereas the others are just blah. If you have no idea what envelope/box you want to use and what would be a better suit for you this is not the post office you want to go too. They don't like to lend their pens and they really don't like lending their tape so if you're making your way to this place you need to be prepared. It can get pretty busy and the wait can avg between 5-10 minutes or it can be completely dead .. you just never know. Parking can be a hassle and the location it's in isn't the safest. I've seen a few bums in the area begging for money and pulling along their carts but I like believe they're harmless. I work right by this place so it's convenient which is why I keep coming back. && if you want to catch a quick bite to eat theirs a decent sandwich shop next door, some Chinese food && a Taco Bell. read more

This post office is very badly managed. The 24 hour postal machine is always out of order. There are long, long lines and never enough staff. The staff that are here move very slowly and are rude. There are homeless people "living" in the lobby and I'm talking about whole families with young children - all begging for cash handouts as you try to walk in. The parking lot is downright scary - especially after dark. Unsavory, homeless men approach the customers as they walk in, asking for money and you're afraid that if you don't pay them, they'll vandalize your vehicle. I would steer clear of this place. It just isn't safe. The post office on tustin avenue is orange is fairly close by and it's worth the drive. read more
