I came here to drop off a package, but apparently this UPS store doubles as a live-action obstacle course. As I was walking through the door, a brown-haired woman in her early 20s--radiating all the charm of a plain bagel--came barreling straight into me. Full-on human battering ram to my side. And here I am, in my 50s and not exactly built for contact sports. The staff? Oh, they saw it. They just stared at me with the same blank expression you'd expect from someone waiting for a loading screen to finish. No "are you okay?" No "sorry about the human bumper car." Nothing. Later, I spot the same woman driving off in her shiny red Corvette (8NOY192)like she's the queen of Entitlement Land. Perfect. Because nothing says "I'm above basic manners" quite like using a sports car as a personality substitute. This is an overview of 10-15 visits over the past 2 years or so because, today, I was checking their hours on Sundays & was surprised to see their low Yelp score! I have encountered ONLY excellent customer service: greeting customers, working quickly, helping those unfamiliar w/requirements, giving me a piece of tape once. I spend way too much time at this location since I do a lot of Amazon returns, so I greatly appreciate the staff, especially Aria, Erin, Asha, and everyone else who has helped me over the past two years. I would like to note a concern I have for the employees: it's always incredibly warm in the shop which is fine for customers who are only there for 5-10 minutes (thanks to the quick work of the staff) but I worry about the health of the employees who are there all day, especially in the hotter months. Can nothing be done about the AC? I worry about it every time I am there. read more

Been waiting here since 950 on a Saturday morning to get my day started and there is a line outside already. Female Employee is late: doors locked gate covering counter. Unprofessional. It wasn't until 1010 that she finally opened the doors . If the sign says open at 10 then get on it ! As I enter, the female is assisting me computer shuts down and my attention goes towards the gentleman worker who looked like he took drugs sweating HARD and twitching and consistently wiping his face with his shirt. One of my Amazon orders I received last month had missing components and damaged parts. Usually I have good luck with Amazon Warehouse used products, but this was a major disappointment and had to do my first Amazon return ever at a UPS Store. The process was absurdly simple and the service was quick and easy. All the info was in the QR code on my account and all I needed to do was have them scan it off my phone and take my package. That's it! Was greeted, told them I had an Amazon return, they scanned my phone, printed the new labels, and I was good to go! The only work I had to do was seal the box before coming in, so I don't know if there would've been an issue if I showed up with an unsealed box. My visit a couple weeks ago was also the first time I walked into a UPS Store. Unfortunately I didn't get to buy anything, but if I'm in the area and need to send a package or do any other Amazon returns I will definitely keep this location in mind! read more

Erynn was the best person o for to help me! Let me tell you- I had the run around with an Amazon third party return all day from usps to fedex to finally getting the return label done correctly for ups and Erynn day how upset and frantic I was and took care of every time for me. She helped me packing up my boxes and printing out the labels for me (for a slight charge of course) and made sure it was finally done correctly and no more running around. Thanks girl! read more
