First time at this particular post office

This post office was quite small but nice and clean. The lady was polite and provided fast service. There was another person it was right before 4 on a Thursday. Value is normal regular post office with everything you need.

First time at this post office. I needed to ship something out and buy a bunch of stamps. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service; at many locations they won't let you use tape to finish taping your package or they are just flat out unfriendly, but this location they were more than friendly and willing to help me! The location is good, however parking can get congested during peak hours since it shares parking with Taco Bell and 711. Not sure why this post office gets so many negative reviews.. I guess everyone's experience varies? Overall, the staff made my experience superb and I was in and out in a flash -- no one wants to spend long at the post office :) Definitely recommend if you are in the area -- the staff will treat you right!

I usually can't stand going to USPS due long lines and rude & unhelpful staff, but this place doesn't have any of that.

There were maybe 5 people ahead of me. I was able to be in and out in about 30 minutes. Around 2:25 PM, people were crowding inside. One booth was partially reserved only for passports. I decided to come here since most locations are either closed on Saturdays or have very reduced hours. I even visited a tiny USPS in Whittier recently that felt super deserted. The downsides are the fact that it is stinky inside (old people funk), and the person behind me got so close as if she was trying to cut the line. But glad I found this place, as it was pretty much the only option for me, due to the availability of hours. My COA was pending and got denied. The employee let me get back in line 3 times, however. I had to fill out a form in person, since the online application was timed out. Hopefully, the system sorts my mail correctly, since the e-mail they sent was extremely insightful. Employees are very kind, and apologized to customers for the wait. They also have ratings for service. FYI: It seems they are also out of tape today. Also, it was really confusing to exit the parking lot since I think they're only three ways to go out and I believe two lead you through residential alleyways.

She was fun, cheerful, efficient, and awesome! She joked alittle, and I loved it. I wish all the tellers knew their stuff like her, and made the atmosphere more enjoyable. An older lady got really cranky/upset with her and I watched the whole thing play out. IMO, the customer seemed dead set on being a hater of this employee. Anyhow, if only all employees could be more like Elaine, I'd enjoy waiting in line and coming in more! (We had a package we missed delivery on, so had to come get it.) Thanks Elaine for being efficient and a ray of fun sunshine. I took a photo so if you see her there and say hi if you see her. Hopefully you too leave alittle happier than when you came in.

I picked up a form and politely asked the woman if it was the correct form for an international shipment. Instead of responding professionally, she loudly stated, "We don't do them at this time," in a way that everyone in the lobby could hear. She did not apologize or offer any assistance. She then said there were only 10 minutes left until closing, even though it was still before 5:00 p.m. and there were only five people ahead of me in line. A few minutes later, she again announced that they do not process international shipments near closing time, claiming that it takes more than five minutes. She then went to lock the side door and came back to me while I was still waiting in line. She repeated that they would not process my international shipment because they were about to close. I told her that I had already heard her say that multiple times and that I simply needed to pay for the envelope. She continued to insist that I did not need to pay for the envelope instead of addressing my concerns or offering any solution. What was most frustrating was that after 5:00 p.m., several additional customers were still allowed to enter the post office. In fact, as I was leaving, four more people walked in, and there was a line extending out the door. I do not understand why I was refused service for an international shipment when I arrived before closing and other customers were still being allowed into the building. I found the employee's tone and behavior unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. I believe customers who arrive before closing should be treated respectfully and provided with clear, courteous explanations regarding any service limitations.

It is the slowest moving line in existence. This location routinely refuses to deliver the dog food that I order through amazon. Its a 41lb bag of dog food and you are a DELIVERY COMPANY. Every job requirement in the United States of America requires its employees to be able to move 50 lbs (I sit at a desk all day and I am required to be able to move 50 lbs); you are a DELIVERY COMPANY REFUSING TO DELIVER a 41lb box. What the heck is wrong with you? I am able bodied and can come waste an hour of time waiting to pick up a box that should be delivered to my doorstep, but what if I was a disabled person? NOW HERE'S WHY IM LEAVING MY 1 STAR EL-STINKO REVIEW. You lie about attempted deliveries. I paid $25 to have something sent signature required and took the day off work to be available on the delivery date. At 11:55am I start refreshing the tracking information because you deliver to my neighborhood around that time. At 12:05pm I see an "attempted delivery at 12:03pm" LIE.....I have a ring camera on my front door dude. I RAN to my neighborhood's mailbox and no mail truck in sight.....you didn't even leave the "missed delivery" slip in my mailbox or at my door....this is like 3 lies in 1. For real, you guys STINK.

When I asked an employee for help, they explained that the office is closed because management doesn't want to pay for overtime so they closed early. The employee asked if I can come by the next day before 3pm and I responded with saying "no, because I work and I requested time off to be here. Which is why I also scheduled an appointment online. If you guys are going to close, then you should let people know." She responded with saying to call the numbers on the passport office to complain. I took photos of the phone numbers and everything else taped on the office doors. Both numbers listed do not work - they just keep ringing. Since it's the distribution center, they're open MUCH later than the typical post office. Their full service hours are Mon-Fri 7a-7p, Sat 8:30a-3p! I've always had great service here even when I was running in from the parking lot hoping to make it through the doors before they locked them. Even one time, although the door was locked, and the gentleman was standing there, he allowed me to pass him my stamped mail so it could go out that day. Like I said, the service has always been great here! I also love this location because they have self service machines inside the building and the doors are open 24/7. Tonight, even the general nighttime manager saw me at the machine and dropped died to chat. He was so sweet and friendly. The clerks here are always great too. Never had an issue by the way the postcard stamps are $.61 each. How I miss those days when they were $.15 each lol I guess the value is still good if you consider everything else has been inflated. I still highly recommend this USPS location for all your mailing needs..
