I'll usually come to this post office for supplies or forms or services that I can't always get at the smaller local post offices in the area. I've never had a problem here. All the counters are usually staffed, I'm greeted on entry and immediately asked how I can be assisted. read more

There's an older female with dark hair who works there.. and in the most polite way I can say this, it appears that she has never had appropriate training in regards to customer service; and communicating. Sucking her teeth; saying unnecessary comments; and even being sarcastic over genuine questions is incredibly disappointing and professional misconduct. If I'm asking to use a pen; I shouldn't receive an eye roll and her saying "don't YOU have a pen at home?" Like..If I was home we wouldn't be in this situation in the first place. I'll be traveling elsewhere from now on; regardless of how close we live. read more

Why don't you keep your fowl language out of the air for the people that have to live here and there are a lot of kids. "get their sh-t together" at high volume is what is heard by screaming employees outdoors. The green algae scum on the building is an eye sore that hasn't been cleaned for years, apparently it's $26 to mail a box prioroity so why don't you keep your noise pollution out of the nieghborhood. read more

I received a Redelivery notice on my door for a package that I needed to sign for. I attempted to set up a redelivery online but couldn't do so because it said my address that I entered didn't match the address the package has on it. That's strange because how else was there an attempted delivery??? I tried calling the post office over and over again to have it redelivered the next day, but no one answers the phone! It just rings and rings and rings and then just hangs up. I wish my post office was the Malta one which is a 6 minute drive instead of a 22 minute drive to the USPS on Washington St. At least Malta answers their phone! read more

I go into this post office frequently. The line moves rather quickly and the postal workers are incredibly sweet and helpful beyond belief. I have ONLY had great experiences...TIME AFTER TIME. read more

My Delivery Person is Lazy and crams things in the box instead of placing them on the porch 50 feet away. During the storm today, He left the box open and my mail was wet. He Needs to be Fired or taken off the road. Snow, Sleet and Freezing Rain, Box left Open. Disgrace and No wonder why the Postal Service is dying. People like that lazy Piece of Garbage. read more

I love your operator when you call in, 9:32 a.m. and the operator must still be sleeping I guess, but the USPS wants more money. LOL that's a good one I like that. So I have a package that needs to be signed for and the carrier did not even leave a notification in my friend's mailbox because I'm from out of state, so now I can't get a hold of yous and that will be sent back out and I won't be able to be there to sign for it again so it's going to be tag on getting my item because I couldn't get thru to the post office this morning to let them know to hold it so I can stop by there and get it, very nice. I'm going to remember to pick up my phone when it will cost me less money to overnight it then it cost me to ship something 3 days so I'll just use the Federal Express from now on. What needs to happen to USPS is it needs to be shut down DOWN. read more

The last time a package didn't have apartment number, they kept it for two weeks. It happened again, before I was even notified package was undeliverable it was already on the way back to sender. Both packages had a phone number associated, but no clarification was requested. Extremely annoying. read more

I like this post office. Counterstaff are helpful and efficient. My only complaint is that they sometimes just shove letters into my p o box so that everything gets smashed and crumpled. Post office can get busy at times; but that is hardly the fault of the people who work there; and they move things along as quickly as possible while at the same time having to operate by the rules and standards of the Post Office, as well as fully attending to each customer. read more

They refuse to deliver packages to my apartment complex. Because of this, I must expect to pick up the package a day later for everything I receive that is larger than a shoe box because the carrier holds hostage of it on their truck and doesn't return back to the station until after they are closed. Dear carrier and bone headed management, If you're going to be that lazy and not deliver it to my unit, at least have half a brain to look at the thing, figure out "hmm that's larger than a shoe box" and not even bring it on the truck with you in the morning. Just leave it at the station so I can at least get it day of. But nope, carrier looks at package and thinks "holy moly that's a big package I better make sure that comes with me today so I can ultimately ride around with it until 6pm because there is no way I am delivering THAT to someone's door - hah - they can get it tomorrow!" Called them to ask WTF and they were shocked that I am displeased with this process. To reiterate - they were actually surprised that I am ticked off about this... I plan to petition the management of my current apartment complex to include an addendum in their leasing terms that states the USPS will not deliver packages to this address under no circumstance and the burden is upon the recipient to acquire the parcel themselves the next business day. I came here looking for a package of mine that according to the tracking info was "accepted" on 9/16/19. I went on 9/19/19 to see if I could at least get some information on the whereabouts of said package. The one clerk typed in the tracking number and then said that the package wasn't there. When questioned on how it could of been "accepted" if it wasn't there I was met with a blank stare. She then printed something off and said it was part of some kind of "manifest" that wasn't there yet. The search continues... read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Every question that is asked is an inconvenience for them. This is the only post office I have ever seen where it is normal to deliver or pick up mail after 6 PM. The office says they close at 0530 but doors are locked at 0520. Every time you say you need something you are told that a supervisor will have to help with that and then when you ask to speak with the supervisor the person on the phone says that they are the supervisor but can't help you. If I had to live here any longer I would work really hard to fix this place but my miserable time dealing with them is almost over. I am sorry for anyone that frequents this office or has a mail based business like me. read more

BE PREPARED TO STAND IN LINES FOR HOURS. Always under staffed always rude and they will lose your packages.

Government efficiency at it finest!!!! Waited 1 hour to mail something then went to FedEx later that day and was in and out in 5 minutes.

Ridiculous. Have to wait in long lines for a couple of stamps. Guess stamp machines were to convenient for customers so let's just get rid of them. Another brilliant move by some idiot in charge. read more
