Yes, they have a disclaimer that they have no affiliation with the USPS, but they ARE NOT. They get you to click on it, and perhaps use it, then ZAP you with a charge for $79.95 for doing virtually nothing. They capture charges without providing any service that can't be done for FREE by the actual postal service. My dealings are that someone charged my account as a POS (point of service) from their Arizona office. Since I'm nearly 1500 miles away, that doesn't really seem possible. They have been reported by many of the scam detection services and the BBB Better Business Bureau, but to no avail. Perhaps the real postal service should step in and get them to justify their seemingly fraudulent nature of their deceptive practices.

Their phone numbers are automated to make them impossible to reach. Their claimed physical address is a strip mall in Scottsdale, AZ. My experience is the same as others who have been swindled by the perpetrators of this scam.
