Called, spoke to a gentlemen, he said he would call me back, I wasn't holding my breath with this one. Within 5 minutes he called, said my package was at another post office and he would go pick it up and hand deliver it to my house. OK, WOW on the customer service!!! Private and shared parking lot, plus on street parking. The rating is 4 because it is a one person shop and 1 staff person to handle during the rush is crazy. You can stand in line for quite a bit just to get stamps. You are better off buying the stamps online. The rating is also 4 because it is such a small office which means very few P.O. boxes to lease. There is usually a waiting list for the P.O. boxes. Otherwise, the woman staff member works hard and handles all the mail all day long every day of the week and on Saturday. I don't know how she does it. I do remember when there were a couple staff working the office.
