    The employees here are nice and relatively patient and helpful. The most number of workers I've…read moreseen are 3. It can get pretty packed during lunch time (11 to 1) so I recommend going after. Just dropped off my package at 6:30 pm and it was a ghost town! In and out in a minute. I also like this one because they have the self serve kiosk and a 24 hr lobby area. If you are tech savvy and can use the machine you can come whenever you want, but the package slot can sometimes get stuck when it's full. My recommendation is to come while staffed but an hour before it closes. If you're looking for a PO Box I don't think they have any available (must be a premium because I've been checking for the past 6 months).

The employee helping me stayed on the phone while assisting me, seemed irritated that I had questions, and made me feel unintelligent for not knowing the shipping process. This isn't the first time I've had an unfriendly experience at this location, but I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. After today's visit, though, it felt like this is just the level of customer service people can expect here. I understand postal employees are busy, but part of the job is helping customers--especially those who don't ship items regularly. A little patience and basic courtesy would go a long way. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome, and I hope management takes customer service more seriously.

    Went there for 1st visit, easy return and employee 'Bo' was instantly aggressive, scowl on his face…read morewhen I nicely asked about a bag for return, he told me "I ain't touchin that, I ain't touchin that so don't ask me to" over and over "i ain't touchin that" ??? I asked where the bags were again and he rudely waved a hand behind me and I asked where are they? He sat there and when I asked again he wildly waved his hand again and said buy one. I returned with a bag and he said go buy tape, I asked since it was a small package and I only needed one strip, could I use the tape right here and he said no, you can't use it. Bo smiled about it. When I asked his name, he kept his tag covered over with clothing and his hand. He said rude things I won't repeat here when I asked for the manager. While we waited, he leaned over his counter and said, "wow, oh wow, and said many rude, insulting things to me and my family, staring like he was going to jump over the counter at us. And this is a federal employee?? Very unnerving. This employee was instantly a rude, unwell person in a near state of rage. There is no reason for this, no wonder good people don't wanna go out and have to deal with this caliber of employees for everyday things. Manager said they'd attend to him and will call the Post Master so we'll see how that goes. Be careful when dealing with this employee, folks.

When I went in to inquire about it, a very rude female employee told me it was just too bad and my bad luck. They take no responsibility for charging enormous shipping charges for a 2 day delivery, and then not delivering it. They are charging for a service not provided. She wouldn't even bother to try to find out why it is still not to its destiniation 8 days later. I could understand a delivery issue of a day or two, but 8 days?? Really?? This wouldn't happen in the private sector. These people should not have jobs; especially government jobs.
