The woman I bought stamps from today was very nice and even let me pick out my stamp design. At the moment (January 2019) they have an adorable 8ft snowman made out of shipping boxes and such. It's really cool. Now sometimes the woman who actually delivers our mail is kinda a Grinch and does if there's a trash can in the driveway (NOT blocking the mailbox at all) and I swear if there's a dusting of snow in the street she passes us, too. But that's really not the 'post office's' fault; just the carrier. P.O. Boxes available 24/7. Decent parking. And this locatiis a Pokestop!!!

They won't close your mailbox if it's snowing or raining so whatever was put in there is soaking wet.

I talked to Suzanne at the NSC Post Office, she tracked the package called me back and came in at 6am the next morning to grab it off the truck so we could pick it up and get to my daughter's dance competition on time!

Until.... I called the UPS store on Sergeant Road. (Mind you I have never been to Sioux City and this was an Ebay purchase I was lucky enough to have the seller drop off). I was fortunate to have reached an employee there named Calissa that worked with me on an amazing quote for packing + shipping and communicated well throughout. My heavy picture & frame not only arrived on time, but it was the most amazing job I have ever seen. It took me over 30 minutes to get everything unboxed as the attention to detail with bubble packs and foam assured absolutely nothing was out of place.
