I didn't have the original packaging, so they wrapped it in 3 layers of bubble wrap, built a box around that and wrapped THAT in several more layers of bubble wrap liberally securing it with about three rolls of packing tape per layer, (Another slight exaggeration). It did take me about 15 minutes to get it unpacked and it was in perfect condition. this was a legacy from my sister who passed away so it was a lot more important to me than just a sound system and I was very grateful they did such a great job. Given all the work, supplies, and the high cost of shipping anything, I thought their prices were very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

UPS distribution facility is 2 blocks away from my address. So my address should be easily found…read more Package was claimed to be delivered to me from Ebay seller on 4/14/26 at 10:36 am receiver stated Kittmer.Clearly not my name and no one by that name in my building. WhenI complained to UPS the automated said 8 days to trace. I requested a representative who said it was the fault of the sender who put a bad address on the package. I asked how could that be possible when UPS claimed delivery at my address so correct address and how would that be possible when the sender has my correct address on my account with them? The Representative suddenly pretended he could no longer hear me on the call, because he was caught in a lie. I had filed a missing package claimed and suddenly that was canceled when the system had said 8 days. The reason fir canceling could not reach receiver. There is no one named Kittmer at my address as a receiver. UPS most likely destroyed or stole the package. Now I have to wait two more weeks to get the items again. I have had problems with UPS not giving me enough time to answer the door and running off. Then you have to going up the items at the distribution center who is quick to send items back to sender. I have had them falsified three attempts without making one. I bought a maching bed set that was all embroidered on a holiday close out sale. At the facility was a blind ome eyed attendant at reception that made me find my packages as he could not see. No one told me there were 3 boxes. I found 2. The UPS sent the 3 box back to the sender when I asked the sender where the missing items were that they confirmed was a third box. I asked if I could get the seller to resend the returned box. They said it went fo a location where they had no access and when the close out ended there were no more of the same items to be had so I lost out due to their incompetence. I had to contact UPS around Christmas looking for a package that had been sent back with no delivery attempts. The manager who got on the telephone was rude and swore at me saying F U. I contacted corporate who pulled the call and fired him. This is the sad deplorable state of UPS as a courier. I refuse to use them but vendors do not give you that option. F for Forget them for any services. They have mysterious fires of freight trucks where they claim all packages lost but I can bet the fires are a cover for stealing freight and selling the stolen merchandise on the black market whilw pulling Insurance Fraud that no one questions because they are a big company. They are so desperate for workers that they put anyone behind the wherl. I had a hit and rhn by one of their trucks. I had to chase the guy who left the scene of the accident and was in the next city before he stopped. He gave me a liquor i d made to look like a MA license because he had no license. When I took him before the DMV the hearings officer was biased and defensive because the driver got a lawyer to come there who got him a new license to cover what were crimes. You can not get anyone on State level even to give proper company insurance and licensing information with the state. It all says stay away from UPS

Next was the orders (2) were delivered to the incorrect address. The photo they provided is not our house. I tried customer service with UPS and they lady had a script she was reading from and could not understand that I wanted to know what is the issue with delivery to my house. We've gotten other packages on UPS since then. I tried calling the local customer service and it automatically connects to the international line. No help at all.
