I was fortunate enough to encounter Cliff who is the Territory Manager and he and his team there really went out of their way to help me get my POD removed from my old property and delivered to my new property in the same day as he promised. He assigned his BEST driver to do the job and he was great as well! Cliff and his team were FABULOUS! Now on the other hand the corporate team sucked it. Basically said it was my fault that the Pod was not delivered when I wanted it and that they could do nothing for me AT ALL! If I had not actually gone to the POD location I would still be waiting for my POD another 2 days. This is a logistics company for the most part and they really were terrible at it. They were willing to go out of their way 250 miles (waste of time, money and gas!) and make me wait over 7 days AFTER I moved in. Again, Cliff made it all happen and he really was positive about the company and was sympathetic to my problem with out blaming me!
