The Little Scholars Daycare facility is an unsafe and poorly managed environment for any children…read more The directors (Tracy Adam McClintock & Lisa Adam) show little to no genuine care for the kids, often failing to notify parents when injuries or accidents occur. Staff members have been known to take children behind the building to use the bathroom outside (was given direct permission from Tracy) which is both unsanitary and unacceptable. Lisa goes out every hour or so to go smoke a cigarette and comes back inside making the whole facility smell like cigarettes (picks up babies, as little as 6 months, smelling like cigarettes). Different age groups are mixed together, creating unsafe and chaotic conditions. The facility itself is filthy, there have been spotting of rats and rat poop in the back classrooms. Tracy and Lisa consistently neglect the children's needs, with Lisa being openly rude and Tracy showing no regard for her staff members nor ever try to step up to help a teacher in a classroom. Instead of addressing serious issues to higher up/NYS state, they attempt to hide them (pay a lot of money to not get in trouble). etc etc etc... overall, Little Scholars is not a trustworthy or safe environment for any child.

Local mail would have gotten to the destination quicker than 1 month but I wanted the mail to get there earlier and I paid twice for the services offered and was suggested. I later call their 1800 number and was told that those services were not offered in Jamaica. I returned and also wrote to get a refund and was decline. They were charging my dying grandmother $6.99 a gallon for propane and then tried charging me those rates when she passed away and I took over her house. She has two old, that outdated tanks with no gauges on them so no one ever knows how much we have but then they come put 150 gallons in and try to charge me $5- $6.99 a gallon. I requested NOT to be put on automatic delivery and yet they showed up yesterday and filled my tanks while i was not home. Again trying to charge me $5.199 per gallon when the national average is $2.75 per gallon and Pennsylvania (where I live) is $3.144. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the lies and price gouging and go with a reputable company. There's a reason they have a 1.5 star rating and have multiple class action suits against them

She greeted him fondly and then left my transaction half-finished to go retrieve the mail for him. This took up a lot of my valuable time as she handed him multiple packages. I politely expressed my concern about the situation, but she replied that this was their usual practice. I conveyed my dissatisfaction, stating that it was both unfair and discourteous. Her response was simply, "That's just how things are here." After she finished processing my transaction, she selected the "happy face" icon to rate her own service before handing me the receipt. I told her it was unfair for her to rate her own performance, but she didn't respond.

Staff is courteous and helpful, never had a bad experience in there, was always treated first class.read more
