    Does any post office have high reviews? I mean when people go crazy they do call it going postal so that has to have something to do with how you feel going to the post office. The staff does not seemed pleased to be at work or to have to deal with the public (I get that sometimes because people can be dumb as hell!!!). However, the staff here is hit or miss and mostly a miss. I was I today as I needed a few metered postage items to go out and while I was there the way the two female staff members talked to people made me sick. These ladies were straight up RUDE and unapologetic about it. The guy I had was an angel compared to the ladies. No customer service at all from them. Just barking instructions and don't dare ask a question....

    I came in today (June 21, 2023) to mail out my passport renewal documents and went to someone with the name tag Tom (an Asian man, in case that wasn't his actual name tag) to be helped. I asked if there was a longer stapler in the store I could use before mailing the documents because the stapler at home isn't long enough to reach the inside edges of my passport photo to be properly stapled to my renewal form (I had already stapled the outer edge of the photo with 2 staples). Tom took my form paper from me while I was asking if I could use the stapler and started stapling the photo without my consent, despite me repeatedly telling him I would prefer to do it myself. He continued to ignore me as he stapled the photo too far inside the edge. And even after I told him the form requirements said the staples needed to be "as close to the edge of the photo as possible" and asked AGAIN to do it myself for the 2nd and last staple, Tom CONTINUED TO STAPLE in the same incorrect manner while saying that it was fine. I told him afterwards he should have let me do it myself and all I got was a nonchalant "oh sorry". This is the worst case of blatant not listening and ignoring that I've experienced to my face from any worker in any establishment. I should have just taken my form back and printed a new copy but I was in a panic and now I'm just hoping my photo/renewal doesn't get rejected since I already had to get my renewal expedited for international travel. I might just be being paranoid about the renewal application not being accepted, but you can't argue with the dismally poor service that I received from Tom. This is not how someone's important documents should be treated, and not how any person should be treated.

Yes, I want to see what everyone has in their drawers. And I'm still baffled that people prefer UPS to USPS. But, it's like that. For the first package, the address entered into the USPS system was incorrect, because I had written the correct address on the box. The package magically arrived despite the incorrect address on the system, after a lot of difficulties for receiver. Her name was incorrect, city was incorrect and post code was incorrect!! The second package never arrived at all. For the third package, I took a photo of the shipping label before leaving. Although the clerk seemed unhappy that I was taking a photo, I did it anyway. When I reviewed the photo at home, I discovered that I had declared the package value as $40, but the value entered on the label was $178. If that information is used by customs, it could result in significantly higher import charges for the recipient in the UK. After multiple incidents, I find it difficult to believe these mistakes are simply accidental. In my experience, some employees at this branch have been rude, have raised their voices at customers, and have treated people disrespectfully. I have also observed customers being pressured to select positive satisfaction ratings before leaving. Based on these experiences, I have lost confidence in this branch and would not recommend using it for international shipments.

    Such an awful experience at this Postal Annex location. I've had good experiences at other…read morelocations, but this one was a complete nightmare. I stopped in to drop off a few return packages since it was conveniently on my way home -- big mistake. Chuck (who I believe is the owner) didn't scan any of my packages, which was immediately suspicious. When I questioned it, he said they don't scan these kinds of packages... yet he ended up scanning the FedEx one but not the USPS one. When I asked for a receipt, he refused and said, "We don't do that here." I had never heard of a shipping place that didn't offer drop-off receipts. I was caught off guard and honestly should've asked for my packages back right then, but I was a bit shocked. I turned right back around and came back to retrieve them and he said no because once packages are "past the counter," he couldn't return them and they're already all mixed up. I pointed out that he didn't even scan my packages.. and I could clearly see one of my packages. I even offered to match my ID, but he refused and was incredibly rude about it. I should've read the reviews before stopping by this location.. that's on me. But now I'm so worried my packages will get lost or never make it to their destination. This is a ridiculous way to run a shipping business. I will never come here again and will absolutely be warning others to stay far away.

    Received very poor quality customer service/ interaction with male associate on 1/15/26 around…read more10:40am. I requested tape to secure a set of music instruments (drums with mallets) together prior to return to Amazon. Associate insisted I just put it in a plastic bag, took item from my hands, and did this action. I repeated my desire to secure the mallets to the set of drums twice. Since he refused again, I said I can just take them home, tape them, and come back. 3-4 times repeating my request he seemed to get annoyed and took the tape out, taped the mallets to the set. Amazon has recently started to refuse refunds for missing/incomplete returns, so that's my reason for the request. I'll try to remember better to tape items at home, but this was a very simple request. I have had associates handle return items and bagging recently that have shown up as "incomplete" on Amazon's and I've spent additional time trying to correct the return later. This was at a UPS store branch. I also had two items end up mislabeled (associate somehow swapped the label)- this was at another location. I am very careful in how I handle and process returns, understand mistakes can be made, but please consider the customer's request in the future. I was very clear, intentional and direct, and understand why I asked: I want to try to reduce the errors made when returning items.
