When he finally spoke, he aggressively snapped, "What would you do if I didn't answer your question?" It is completely unacceptable that a publicly appointed USPS employee can display such blatant, passive-aggressive hostility toward a customer asking a basic operational question. This level of unhinged behavior should result in immediate disciplinary action. Local management and the Postmaster need to review the conduct of their staff immediately. Employees who actively antagonize the public and face zero consequences do not belong in customer-facing roles. My experience yesterday left me feeling scared and unsafe, including two kids who seem to have been shook up by two different dogs brought in by two different customers. One particular dog was big and sort of jumped at a man as he was exiting and the owner disregarded the sign about no dogs. The second dog was a waggy-long leash hairy dog going and sniffing people... and the wonder didn't do anything. The kids were shuffling trying to avoid the dog.
