My experience yesterday left me feeling scared and unsafe, including two kids who seem to have been shook up by two different dogs brought in by two different customers. One particular dog was big and sort of jumped at a man as he was exiting and the owner disregarded the sign about no dogs. The second dog was a waggy-long leash hairy dog going and sniffing people... and the wonder didn't do anything. The kids were shuffling trying to avoid the dog. People with dogs: please respect signs, please respect others space and keep your dog on a short leash.

When I arrived, there were 8 people ahead of me and only one postal worker at the counter. I wasn't sure if I should wait it out or leave. Luckily another postal employee came to help. The started moving faster. I was there for about 20 minutes before I was done. One of the employees, that arrived to help, was being very rude to the customers. It was completely obvious she didn't like her job. How sad. It doesn't take much energy to be nice to someone.

The appointment was made and the instructions stated that we would need to arrive 10-15 minutes early and needed to have all of the proper documentations readily on hand. I left work early and gave myself time to navigate here while toting my 2 year old. What I was met with was a very short employee who directed me to stand off to the side while he helped outer patrons. The wait was long especially if you are factoring in an extremely antsy child who can't seem to stay still for too long. I was eventually helped by Ja. While she was pleasant, appointment times aren't exactly followed.

My ex landlords daughter asked the Staff to hold my mail, so she can go through it first. She created a file under her name and my mail is going in there. Vo said she wouldn't check to see if it's in there. My mail is still being opened and resealed. This may be happening to you too. I wrote City Council and let them know that this Post Office is mishandling the public's mail.

I frequently visit the post office to check my PO Box and occasionally when things need to get sent out. It can get pretty crowded between 11-1. Service? Little town feel. Same friendly faces since my first day at NASA over 4 years ago. They are only open from 10-3 and sometimes closed for an hour during lunch (however I've only seen this happen twice). Parking? With all the one way streets, you typically have to park behind the post office or in the lot across the street. A little more exercise doesn't hurt.

The process ended up taking longer than expected--we went through three application booklets due to using a blue pen, making a mistake, and not completing part of the form correctly. Harry was the gentleman who assisted us, and he was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to guide us through each correction and made sure everything was completed properly before we left. We never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. Thank you Harry and staff. There was a line. They were open to 6:00 pm. The website said 3:00 for walk-ins. I stormed in there as if I was late for my appointment. lol So glad we took care of this before our big travel.

Stopped by this post office to mail some holiday cards on Saturday morning, five days before…read moreChristmas. As I was waiting in my car in the drive-through line, the person in front of me shouted out that the box was so full she could not put one more piece of mail in it. I parked in the side lot to go inside. As I was walking in, a man told me the mailbox inside was so full you had to hand your letters to someone behind the counter. I was bummed because I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait in line. Fortunately, it turned out you could walk right up to a worker who was accepting stamped, outgoing mail with no wait. He kindly stopped me to say one of my cards needed two stamps instead of one. He also complimented the stamps I was using, which were WPA posters from the Great Depression that I bought a few years ago. It was so nice of him. This post office always seems to be crowded, but I've only ever had good service here, except the time I saw a manager throw an outgoing box across the room years ago. That's an image I'll never forget. I vow to mail my cards well in advance of Christmas next year.

They provided a soft white background for placing my infant on a table top where there was little danger of rolling off (not near table edges) and arranged for a reflector to get the right lighting for the odd angle. Very gentle and also decisive in their instructions to me on how to adjust my baby make sure the photo was met the requirements for my case. Able to do passport photos for different country size standards, print, and email digital copies. THANK YOU for making what could have been a disastrous experience into a smooth process with the desired outcome. Recommendation for future customers: make sure baby is awake before going as that will speed up the process.
