Time to update and state that, five years later, this company remains as good as it gets. First and foremost, they don't bullsh*t. When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines. I've ordered everything from banners and signage to printed materials and stickers, it's all very, very Good. And third, this is my favorite aspect of the biz: they're amazing community partners. Over the years, they've provided plenty of materials and support to local businesses, most evidenced by so many restaurants that proudly posted their un-gender-specific bathroom signage that, honestly, couldn't be better stated. Didn't know this company had been bought out by a california company and that explains the sudden…read morenegative service and low rate staff at the tijeras east mountain transfer station AND the raising of prices to double what they were last time I was there maybe a month ago. I thought this place was still run by the county. I had a horrible experience today with a guy named vincent at the tijeras transfer station. If I was his boss he would have been fired on the spot for an atrocious attitude. Instead of explaining the raise in rates, new ownership, etc he berated me with not knowing the policies of his department. I told him I had been coming there since 1996 and had never been charged that for a short bed load of bagged household trash and why now all of a sudden. He never attempted to explain just acted like an entitled DEI employee with a nasty attitude. Apparently as per another review, has been bought out by Universal Waste Systems.

She tells me people have been littering in these remote neighborhoods and the police have been notified. This is not litter. It is a pile of other people's garbage dumped out of the truck. Took me 45 minutes to clean our portion of the street, but it is scattered all the way down the road, When I tried to tell this woman, it was not "litter", she wanted to talk over me and when I asked her to simply listen, she hangs up on me. HANGS UP ON ME. Who does that in customer service? Unfortunately, they are the only disposal company but their 1.9 out of five stars is an earned rating and entirely accurate. When you compete with no one, you can be unprofessional and hang up on people who have concerns.
