Great and very helpful personnel. I like the US Postal System, but this is one of their best locations.

I absolutely love our local US Postal Service. The team operates like a team and they take care of customers... even challenging ones. Parking is ample. They also have all the packaging you could need and greeting cards and gift cards too. There is a DIY machine which despite my own challenges with it, I successfully have used it to avoid the lines. Regarding the lines, they consistently move pretty quickly. Say hi to Chuck and Nick and Christine too. read more

Every week packages and mail are delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS in our complex!!!!! The delivery person seems to be playing a game and dropping mail in any mail box he/she feels like filling.....CLEARLY marked addresses are totally ignored and obviously they just dont care if you don't get your mail. I cringe when I see a vendor using the USPS to deliver an item....it's always a crap shoot to see if it arrives. Tried to call but the phone just rings for 2-4 minutes and then hangs up. Efficient, good hours, decent parking,, most agents are friendly, recommended post office.

The staff is usually nice, but I would avoid this location. They have the entire front of the building fenced off and barricaded to force you to park in the tiny parking lot on Tampa Ave and approach from the north only. They also have a sign up saying they have no stamps and that they hope to have some soon. Go to any other location; they all have better access than this one. And they might even have stamps. read more

I had some packages to send to Vancouver WA - I shipped them on 2/3/22 with clerk 44. PROS: Staff at the front desk are always helpful, fast, efficient and joke around a bit. I like going to this post office location. CONS: The parking is a bit challenging, but mainly due to folks that don't drive very well and have transplanted from other states. 5 stars to the post office team! read more

Poor Employee. 1st desk as you come out of the waiting line. 1 P.M. on 12/04/23. After waiting in line for 20 minutes the untrained moron said I would have to leave and come back and start all over without my dog (service animal) 18 pound bichon. I took my pup home and cane back to process my package and there was another customer comming out with her dog after being taken care of. I have been in and out of this location 20 times if not more and never a problem. I an leaving reviews on as many sites as I can and I cant help but wonder if the Post Master is Proud of the pathetic scores. A couple of sites have a rating of "one" and that is because it is mandatory to put something in. I did notice the HELP WANTED signs and these ratings will not help! read more

Worst post office ever. I dread going there every time I have to. My personal postal carrier was awful. He left mail that he dropped in my grass during a heavy downpour. He didn't even bother to get out of the truck to pick it up. Now I seem to have a different postal delivery person every other week. They don't want to get out of their truck to deliver packages, they just jam them in the mailbox. I tried to make a complaint with the manager at the time and she was very rude and disrespectful. She could care less about customers. Unfortunately I didn't happen to get her name. I've spoken to multiple people that have had nothing but horrible experiences with this post office. It's very sad. It also seems like they got rid of the only nice people they had working at the counter. Now you're lucky if there are two people working and the line is always out the door. They also double charged me for a package that was being sent to me by a family member. They ripped off the label yet somehow delivered it to my house and told me I owed them about $40. It was horrible. In total, we ended up paying over $80 in shipping costs, it cost more to ship it than the gift inside was actually worth. I absolutely, positively do not recommend this post office unless you like to punish yourself and give yourself unneeded stress! read more

This post office is extremely outdated and the service is okay but very slow. I've never had a bad experience here beyond the fact the service is super slow and is a little less than friendly but it seems like that's on par with most post offices. Most of the workers tend to move at a snails pace and they seem to have very little emotion. I think that's why some people dread going in because they know they're always going to be waiting and never know what to expect when they get to the counter..this place is no different. I'm pretty patient so I don't dread it but I'd rather avoid going in if I don't have to. And is it just me or does it seem like the post office is super expensive to mail anything larger than a letter? I miss the good old days when it was the cheapest way to mail packages. read more

I recently visited this US Postal Service and experienced the utmost negative customer service ever in my life. This is what happened to me as I tried to ship a few packages. The person who assisted me was Patricia (lead sales), based on her name tag. She treated me in the rudest, most insulting, degrading, hateful, abusive, and discriminating way. First, she determined that one of my boxes was too large to ship even before I approached the counter. She told me to not come to the counter because she could see that my box was too large to ship. Her colleague, Mindy, took measurements to confirm that the box was too large so as a result, I did not bring that box to the counter and did not ask to ship that large box. However, I had two other boxes which I needed to ship so I asked Patricia if I should go to the counter or stay where I was standing. In an aggravated way, Patricia told me to go to the counter. As I approached the counter, Patricia acted angry and hateful as she asked me if it was the same large box that couldn't be shipped. I told her that it wasn't and placed the box on the counter. Patricia proceeded to measure my box. She acted in an aggravated, forceful, and aggressive manner as she measured my box with a measuring tape. I felt that if the tape was flung forcefully enough it could possibly hit me in the face so I stepped back for fear that the tape would hit me. I told her that I was stepping back because I didn't want to get hurt from the measuring tape. She denied that any such thing would happen because she had been doing that type of work for too long, and she continued in the same manner. Besides acting aggravated and being aggressive with the measuring tape, Patricia also made degrading, insulting, and rude comments about me. When I asked to have my box shipped at the least expensive price, she retorted insultingly that it was as she had expected. Her anger and hatred carried on as I asked to ship my second box. At one point, when she walked a little further away from the counter, I heard her say "...you know, when you see a person and you get a certain feeling (or vibe) about them, and it turns out to be right..." She spoke loud enough that I could hear her very insulting and degrading comments. That resulted in my heart beating faster and faster, and I couldn't help but to speak up and say that I've never ever been treated that way before in my entire life. I voiced my grievances about the poor customer service and decided not to ship my packages at this USPS location. Patricia asked her colleague Mindy to help void out my transaction. Neither Patricia nor Mindy replied to my complaint. Mindy maintained a smile the entire time. When I asked Mindy who Patricia's manager was, she said that she was Patricia's manager and did not say anything further. Patricia assisted the next person with a bright smile as I stood there waiting for Mindy to complete what she was doing. I was not given a receipt. I saw that Patricia did not treat the customer before or after me with such hatred, aggravation, insult, discrimination, and prejudice. I walked away feeling insulted, abused, discriminated, and mocked while Patricia and Mindy had smiles on their faces. I reported this to the USPS Consumer Affairs and hope that measures will be taken to protect consumers from ever having to experience this type of abusive treatment when using services at the US Postal Service. read more
