First it's small and only one friendly person working the counter. Just a normal small town post office.

The front desk guy had been there a long time. This usps is open later than most in the area so back in 2020 I made my way over. Had an awful experience. Now that we moved to the area, I asked my husband to drop off a package today. I overheard the way this employee was speaking to my hubby over the phone--still as rude and as miserable as when I met him 5 years ago. Awful pricing. Never using again. Tried calling the support number and nothing but an automated voice that doesn't understand my answers in clear English. Horrible experience. Don't even waste your time with this horrible service. UPS or FedEx is way better and easier. read more

Dropped off a prepaid package inside. No one was at the counter when I first walked in so I waited until a gentleman popped his head out from around the corner and said, "can I help you?" I said I'm just dropping off a prepaid. He asked if I needed a receipt and I said no because usually when they scan it in at the end of the day it starts tracking in the app. So he said "ok" and disappeared back around the corner leaving the package on the counter. I waited a few more seconds to see if he was coming back for it and he didn't so I left. The package was never scanned in and never made it. It had a 3 day shipping label and it's been 13 days now. My buyer is frustrated, and now I'm out money cause it's a missing item I cannot replace or make a sale on. Very frustrating, very unprofessional, and they don't really care cause they're still getting paid to lose my stuff. read more

Every single time I go the same man is consistently rude and extremely condescending. I don't have a yelp account but I created one just to leave this review after going through it again. My husband and I predicted it before We walked in the door and he confirmed it right away. I also noticed several other people with similar reviews about the disrespectful man who operates the front. to say the least he has no people skills...any time i need to ask a question or get help, the attitude is like- I am going to make it as tedious and unhelpful as possible, and try to get a rise or make you feel stupid for even coming. I usually let it go when people are rude like this because everyone has bad days but this individual has a history and a pattern for years. I might do all the work just to change to another post office because I don't need to feel like I'm dealing with a teenager who wants to get the last word Or laugh For no good reason. He was literally trying to agg it on as I exited the building like he's playing games. This dude needs to get some emotional regulation to remove whatever chip he has on his shoulder that he takes out on customers. Going to the post office should not equate disrespect. I find myself avoiding checking my mail just because I would prefer not to deal with this man. I run a business and I don't have time for petty arguments or be disrespected when I'm paying money to utilize the post office. Someone needs to fire this dude and get someone with basic communication skills and respect. I've recently moved to Goodyear from buckeye & I've been to this postal station now over a dozen times, I go with prepaid packages just needing a receipt. Every single time i encounter this " man " cashier 07 specifically per my receipt... is so unbelievably rude. This is the ONLY postal station that makes ME weigh my OWN PACKAGES!! This man refuses to take each package and weigh them. If i stack 3 on the counter. He will ask me to place my item on the scale. Then he barks " can you place the other box on the scale " god forbid I'm on a call or better yet still working on a conference call. Then will bark again " next package " please. It's unbelievable. Isn't it his job to weigh the boxes ? He won't even HAND me my receipt. He throws it on the scale. Im a very patient person & I do my due diligence in being overly kind to these service workers whom I'm sure are over worked and underpaid but this gentleman's behavior is disgusting. If sensitivity, diversity & inclusion training in the workplace is available SIGN HIM UP, no tax paying citizen should have to go into a federal building and do the job of the employee WE PAY. I've made it a point to continue to utilize this location just because his behavior makes it clear he doesn't want me there. Cashier 01 was the only other employee I've had whom was on a bathroom break while a line build but she was quick kind and efficient when she got back to the station. My father in law witnessed the gal behind the counter out attempting to put up the American flag and dragging it all over the ground, he asked her to pick it up as it's disrespectful so she continued to drag it on the ground o show him she didn't care. Real American! . The same woman then proceeded to take a friend behind the counter to get her checked out before those that had been waiting. People are just so disrespectful and she is the epitome of this! It's very sad that people act this way! read more

Opened 15 minutes late- line up through the door. One person working the counter. Very poorly run.

This heavy set man was extremely rude to myself and the other costumers that were in line. I've actually gone to this post office 3 other times and was still shocked at how terrible costumer service this guy gives. He mixed up my packages and blamed it on me for not being ready. read more

Can't really go wrong when you can drive right up and drop off your letters with no wait or traffic. This small location makes a way easier option compared to the hassle of the larger location on Bell Road and Parkview. read more

I've been to this location a couple times and each time I've gone it's been nothing but pleasant. It can get hectic during the holiday season but they are doing a good job in there with the long lines. This is the worst post office I have ever been to in my life. The employee and manager were rude. I saw the employee treat another customer ahead of me rudely too. Both times I have been here have been terrible. The place is filthy. Never never again will I go back here. I have learned my lesson. They are not helpful and the employee was annoyed by any questions asked and was huffing and puffing around like he was annoyed by all questions. read more

I really like this location it is a bit small. There are no crowds that I have ever ran into. It is convenient for me off the 303 freeway and Glendale. I can just drive and drop off mail. If I have to go inside there are friendly faces there to help me. I wish I added this location a long time ago. I would have had more check ins. read more

This post office is small, but very convenient to the people who live in the area. The only issue I have is the customer service. There are normally two different women who work the front lobby at different times. We had a horrible encounter with the one who is blond and has glasses. I never really have had to send any packages, so I had a couple questions. This lady and her attitude while answering was disgusting. She treated me like I was a complete idiot. I gave her no reason to act like that. If I have to mail a package, I always try to show up when the other lady is there. She is always a pleasure to deal with. read more

Laurie was really helpful. I was in a hurry, and there was no wait. I was sending stuff for my parents who travel and Laurie gave me several options for future deliveries. The Post Office smelled freshly cleaned and service was friendly. Glad to know my local Post Office has such great customer service. read more

Talk about bad customer service. We got a flag pole for my father in laws birthday and the post office dinted it up. We took the box back to return it sand the guy would not give us one piece of tape to close the box that they messed up. He wanted to make us buy the tape. We also had another incident where they charged us for 2 day mail and it did not get to the destination for two weeks. Why are we paying the federal government to ship our stuff when they do not even do what is promised. read more

Although this is an okay location, it is extremely inconvenient with the hours cut in the middle of the day for lunch and no large parcel drop box. When you show up 10 minutes before they open and ask if you can drop off a package, they will scold you and treat you like a piece of crap so don't come here expecting anything better than minimal customer service. Some of the postal workers that are here are just wonderful while others (a lady with blonde hair and glasses) is a wretched sea hag. Because of the extremely poor attitude of this woman and not appreciating getting yelled at, I personally do not use this location anymore. read more
