They were very friendly which was nice. The lady that assisted my children made sure we didn't have any questions or concerns before we left. She was very nice and interactive with the kids as they were getting a little antsy.

This is my "assigned" post office but it's 30 minutes out of the way. I should be able to call them for a quick question and not have to drive that far away to just get an answer, not even for actual services. Ended up just getting a refund on my package and claiming it as lost since they can't answer the phone to help me locate it. I don't think anyone ever expects to enjoy the post office, but a bit more customer service would go a long ways here.

While our new postal carrier was unwilling and or unable to provide a solution, I reached out to the post office on 59th Ave. and Brittany was able to address the issue. She came out within a half an hour of our phone call to find the package was put in our neighbor's Mailbox which we obviously did not have access to. She personally delivered the package to our front door to say hello with the package in hand. Her customer service and friendly smile was exceptional. This office is always clean and the parking lot easy to navigate. I've been here many times and I prefer this office to any others in the area. It seems to me that some of the complainers haven't had to deal with other post office locations that can be much busier.

This is an expensive Mackenzie Child's statue that was in perfect shape when I dropped it off. This is how it arrived. Broken and cracked! Let me start with the good.. The woman who works here (Margo) packaged up a very awkward statue that I sold on Ebay and charged me a fair price to do so. That is all the good. DO NOT do business with this place!! The bad.. This place reeks of cigarettes when you walk in almost to the point where you cant breathe. It smelled like this both days I had to go in this building. I went in a few days ago and asked for help packaging an item to mail and having her ship it for me. She said "I have 17 packages to deal with before I can get to this so it definitely won't be today but I can have it done by tomorrow morning". I hesitantly agreed but regretted it by the time I got back home. Fast forward to the next morning.. I show up right after they have opened and she says "Oh I haven't finished your package yet. I'm working on some other things but that will be next". I said the lady I sold it to is waiting for the tracking number and she needs the statue before the 18th for her mother's birthday present so I really need it done. She says she will have it done in maybe an hour so I leave and drive back home again. An hour or so later as I am about to drive back over to the place she calls to let me know it is finished. I have now wasted half my day driving back and forth to this place. I go back in and pay for it and am told they don't give physical tracking numbers and it is all digital and I will be mailed the tracking number but assures me it should be there by Saturday or Monday the 18th the latest which is fine. I go home and keep checking my email and finally get a tracking number over an hour later. Initially the tracking says it will be there by Saturday. Today I got an email from the customer I sold to on ebay saying she will now not be getting the package until Tuesday the 19th. The day after her mom's birthday. This was one of the worst mailing experiences I have ever had. This place should close down!!!

When it's small, it generally means the customer service is going to be phenomenal & this is the type of place that they will get to know you OR, it's going to be so horrible you drive out of your way to avoid it.
