We were lucky to get the correct mail if we got any mail at all! Poor Bob didn't know much about anything Postal related, but you are only good as your trained! Funny Neil got paid to ride his bike around Lake Harmony because the office was rarely opened back up at 1:00 when he worked! Thank God April took over & cleaned it out & organized it to the way we all remembered it. Christine came back to help run it like it used to be ran when she worked here with Postmaster Jack Pickle years ago. It is not only kept clean but well stocked & organized also. These two women know their jobs. They are pleasant & friendly to talk to. If you have a question, they will answer you & also give options on other ways a letter or package can be sent if you ask. These two are a breath of fresh air, after all the years of ones who didn't care or show up on time to work! It's a joy to be back fulltime in Lake Harmony now that we are retired! No one seemed to know what they were doing, and they took their sweet time figuring it out. After over an hour of waiting, just as I was about to pay and leave with my plate, they sprung a surprise on me--I needed a bill of sale or else I'd have to pay sales tax on the bike again. Cue me scrambling to get in touch with the dealer, waiting even longer, and wasting my entire afternoon. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Competitors handled my truck title in just 15 minutes, no fuss. Meanwhile, here at NE Title and Tag, I was stuck for almost two hours. Fast forward three months: They had the nerve to call and say I "forgot" to pay a fee--which, surprise, they forgot to charge me for--resulting in my registration being rejected by the state. After a heated back-and-forth with multiple people, they *finally* agreed to cover the fee and process what they had promised from the start. Now, I'm still anxiously waiting for my registration to show up. It's honestly scary that a place this disorganized is licensed to handle such important paperwork.

Recently moved from Maryland to PA and I have to say this is the best DMV I've ever been to!! Super…read morequick and fast service. Even quicker than going to a McDonald's line lol. They open at 8:30-4pm. I got there at 8:50 & was out of there at 9:25!!!! The place has enough parking and easy to find. I went there to get a new license, and there was No line!!! Like wow. The info lady gave me a paper and sent me right over to a counter immediately!! I had printed a form out online to save some time but even if I didn't it wouldn't have taken long to fill out. The workers were super friendly to me and very nice to each other. Given I am an African American I was worried about my picture looking like a sharpie dot. But even without asking the lady taking my picture(Cathy) had me come a little closer to the camera and made sure I liked my picture before registering it. I'd def recommend this DMV to anyone new to the area and looking for a place to go. Its cost $37 dollars to get a néw license as someone moving into the state, but I opted to get the real ID added on so it cost $67($30 extra). Real ID isn't mandatory in PA rn cuz they extended the deadline till 2025 but it will be required then so you might as well get it done now. They even gave me a paper with all the tag and registration places close by so I can get that done too. They don't do that at this location. The lady referred me to Leonard's by the Wegmans in Wilkesbarre. Hope this helps

From moving out here to having a PO Box for over 6 months now every time I have came in the women have been nothing but rude. If you walk in at 457 they turn you away like your trash. I have a family i want to go home to and need to support too so remember that the next time someone rushes in to send a package last minute. Karma will always bite you back harder and it's always better to be kind and to stop and think to show respect to your customers which I and I have seen plenty of others not receive while being at this Postal Office. So when ANYONE steps foot into this place I highly recommend just traveling down the street to the next one and I'm switching my PO BOX to that as well due to the lack of common courtesy and respect from even the postmaster. Brady's lake is a man made lake owned by the PA Game Commission. The lake was originally dammed to…read morebe a part of the ice harvesting business in the early part of the 20th century. Parts of the ice house foundation can still be seen, though the growth around the area is thicker every year. The dam was rebuilt in 2008, and is now a quiet, safe place for everyone. Because it is a part of the Game Commission, orange vests are encouraged during hunting season. My mother's favorite story to tell is of parking the car, opening the door for her black lab, being told that black bear was is season, putting the dog back in the car, and skipping the walk for that day. We visit Brady's lake a few times a month as a family. We bring the dog, wear sturdy shoes, and have a bunch of fun disturbing the bull frogs at the water's edge. This spring we were able to watch the tadpoles turn into polliwogs, and we are able to see the lake at it's fullest. Fun on many levels. Bring bug repellant and sunscreen, carry a bottle of water. Wave to the fishermen, bikers, and joggers as they enjoy their day. Brady's lake is 3 miles off of Route 940, making it one of those rare spots to hike. Easy access, and perfect peace. Enjoy!
