Sure enough, 2 hrs later when I came back, my car with my phone in it had been towed. Dirty rotten heartless and typically useless government parasites at the Abington Post Office. I am 38 weeks pregnant and only had scotch tape at home. I've been to other post offices where they provide tape or I was planning to purchase tape if they said it was needed. This employee was talking about my package as if I wasn't present until I asked him what was needed and that I was willing to buy tape. He continued to mock me and speak down to me. As someone who is trying to just tie up loose ends before I have my first child this was extremely upsetting to me. I really hope he doesn't make other women feel like this on a daily basis! I needed a few hundred stamps for work & the women working behind the counter were very friendly and pleasant. I wish I came to this location sooner, the other post office closer to my house is always busy, with a long line and the workers seem like they are over worked, this was a pleasant surprise. The mail gets put half way in the box door open in the rain,they force packages and books to fit in the box that should have been delivered to the door (alot of past damage done and no one wants to here about) I came home to papers blowing in the middle of the street i went to pick up the blowing trash just to find out that it was my mail.Here these people but a package in my mail box,and then put the mail ware a newspaper would go. Or you get a tracking email saying a package was delivered and you are outside and say ware. You call and get told oh it shows delivered and you tell the special person i did not get it,and i was sitting outside oh maybe knock on your neighbors doors and ask them if thet have it the supervisor tells me. One employee whose service stood out to me the most was Jo (I think that was her name). She has short black curly hair and typically works second shift. When I first picked up my order I noticed I had some copies missing. She was very apologetic and sincere. I told her I could come back the next day for the missing copies and she made a promise to have them done as soon as possible. She was so kind to make me feel like a priority. The work was very exceptional. These employees don't mess around. You can tell they take this work seriously and they find joy in customer satisfaction.
