So much so that customers and other staff felt bad for the way they were treated. And then would not allow them to purchase a cart full of items. Both girls also witnessed her being rude to another customer earlier. Not the behavior I would come to expect from staff at any Salvation Army.

I tried to help the mom look for the tag and she realized her son had had it, and they still would not accept it. The woman at the counter would not respect that the tag was on there and tried to explain that that was not the correct tag, which was completely false. This policy is absolutely ridiculous... you guys get the stuff for free. i'm sorry, but watching a clearly struggling mother and not helping is insane to me. do better.

I'm always in search of toys for my baby grand daughter and I scored big!! A Dyson play vacuum that has batteries that works! Parachute, magna doodle- new kite- Beatrix Potter Jack in the box- sooo cute!! Those are just a few awesome things I found here. The store had excellent children's toys and lots of interesting items. I was super pleased with the organization and cleanliness of the store it was a terrific and fruitful experience! Next to goodwill is the goodwill outlet. Never have I ever. . . Known this even existed?! The price is per pound. 1.89. Found a great pair of exotic shoes but they were too small for my big clodhoppers. Oh well. The area is bins of stuff you can paw through- be ready to dedicate a lot of time if u are interested. I prefer the more organized store. I would RUN back!

Especially since I have kids, I can't fit much in my car with both kids in the car so it always takes multiple trips and it's a pain. I had such a pile of boxes because I just didn't feel like making 4-5 trips. I found Purple Heart and haven't looked back. As far as the other reviews, even though they're several years old, I feel the need to respond. Why would you sit and wait? Put the stuff outside and go about your day, that's the whole point. If they have an issue, they'll get in touch. The furniture pickup review? It says right on the scheduling page that they don't accept furniture! Try reading the information about the organization and the acceptable donations before you schedule.

Penndel Middletown Emergency Squad transported me…read moreroughly 2 miles from a rehab facility to a hospital where I was admitted to ICU & almost died from Covid in 2023. They neglected to send me a bill for their services & chose to instead have a collection agency come after me for the cost of transport. I have a check from my medical insurance, now expired, to cover almost all of the transport & would have paid them promptly & in full had they just submitted a bill to me in a timely manner. The collection agency (Commercial Acceptance Co) then decided to contact a relative & lie saying that the relative was listed as a contact. Destroying my credit rating for nothing but laziness & then deceit from a bunch of lowlifes at the collection agency. Their service might have been spot on - I was out of it with Covid - but due to their inability to properly bill I have to give them a one star rating.
