One employee whose service stood out to me the most was Jo (I think that was her name). She has short black curly hair and typically works second shift. When I first picked up my order I noticed I had some copies missing. She was very apologetic and sincere. I told her I could come back the next day for the missing copies and she made a promise to have them done as soon as possible. She was so kind to make me feel like a priority.
