Reply, "I tried! And I don't have a pen!" "Well you should have asked I have pens" "I stated that " I don't likely have one" at the onset. I was never offered a pen. Ok, now I go to pay, and it's about $7. To send a certified letter, that says $3.50. We go back and forth and he basically up charges me with a signed letter of return or something.
