Originally we weren't sure which one to choose but Jake spoke highly of each one not making us feel less then for not choosing the highest or making us feel the lowest package was bad. There was a misunderstanding with the system we chose since we wanted zoning for specific rooms, but Jake quickly upgraded our equipment at no additional cost.
