They used to have great customer service, even after the new ownership a few years ago but now they are terrible. The last few times I felt the staff was rude but let it slide because it's so convenient but not anymore. Now they charge to print a label, which if given the option, I would have printed myself but I didn't have that option. But whatever, no big deal. After they printed the label I was told I needed to package it (that's not on them, that's on the company I purchased from) so I said I would come back, I asked for the label (since I paid for it) and was told no, they would keep it for me. I went back later that day and they had just closed. A week later I went back (I went on vacation the day after I went in) and was told they threw out the label and they couldn't reprint. Girl walks away and comes back looking at me like I'm dumb, and I asked what we could do because there was no resolution given and looking at me like I'm an idiot she said I need the barcode to reprint, if you said that from the beginning without looking at me like I'm an idiot, I would have given it!! She tries to reprint and was successful, good thing I pushed for a solution...and then tells me she needs to charge me for the second label!! Like I didn't throw it out, YOU did after I asked to take it with me. Then she has the audacity to say "this is crazy", no ma'am this place is crazy. How sad when you would rather go into an actual post office. I will go out of my way to never walk into this place again. read more

Short on time - what else is new, I've passed this "Post Office" several times; I was sort of puzzled. Two folks - Gentleman and Lady - at the Desk were amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I can't tell you how nice it was to be greeted and assisted by such healthy and friendly folks! - They even insisted on offering me a First Responder Discount - which was extremely kind. Let me just wrap this review up in a nutshell; - No long any need for you to shlep over to the regular post office; - This is the "Friendly Post Office" - where you can literally get everything done and not waste your time. I wish I snapped a few pictures - I will next time. A+ Service - They have a full spectrum of package options and general business services that they offer. Owner was rude and didn't apologize when his employee made mistake and put wrong code bar in my priority mail package with very important documents inside. Had to go to 2 different post offices to track my package with wrong code which ship it store put, the supervisor from 441 post office said it was ship it stores fault. Talked to owner of store who was rude and didn't apologize or care, and said he was not refunding my money. For my 300th review, fugghedabout heading to the post office and head to Ship It Right instead when you need to mail something. I love coming here whenever I need to ship packages, as it is far more convenient than using the regular post office thanks to not only its convenient location, but also the fact that it is far less crowded and has far better service! I came here recently after I needed to ship some small gifts to a dear friend of mine who just had a baby. Having had excellent experiences with Ship It Right previously and being close by, coming here was an easy decision! Like a regular post office, they can take care of all of your mailing and shipping needs, plus notary services as well. However, the main reason I come here is thanks to Ronnie, the Owner and Operator of Ship It Right, who is just fabulous! He is fabulous thanks to his warm and genuine personality and thanks to his years working for the USPS, uses his knowledge to get your package shipped as efficiently as possible for the lowest cost. I have used this business for post office needs for a few years. Recently I mailed a package of needlepoint to my finisher in New Jersey in a padded envelope. When Moises weighed it, he quoted a price of $1.87, which was much less than other times that I have posted similar items. I questioned the price and he asked if it was too expensive which I found odd. I asked why it was so inexpensive and he said because it was a flat package and not heavy. My finisher contacted me a few days later and said he husband had to pay just over $3 in postage on their end due to insufficient postage and it was sent with stamps which would have made it untraceable. She was obviously upset with the postage, but warned me never to send it without tracking. I told her that I took it to a post office and always have the proper tracking. Soooooo, I spoke to Moises and he said that I must have agreed to this shipping method. First of all, sending something with postage due is a ridiculous suggestion. Second, I would have never consented to ship anything without tracking. Third, I questioned it at the time and Moises could have said it was cheaper than usual because they were going have to pay at the other end assuming they get it since I was "choosing " to send it without tracking. Bottom line, something not above board is happening here. Glad it didn't result in me losing my artwork. Never going there again and I would caution others to be very cautious. read more
