The man at the counter was the rudest person. Wouldn't help me. Told me I should learn myself. No customer service skills at all.

The reason why I don't recommend this business I came in this morning to get a label to ship out through FedEx. The guy behind the counter was an arrogant rude individual did not take into consideration of his customer with their hearing impairment through loss from the Afghanistan war. And then belittle the customer. Upon leaving the building this guy was making snarky, rude comments. I highly do not recommend this business at all to anyone very unsatisfied and poor service. read more

5 stars for Mailbox Plus. I have been doing my mail and parcels regularly in the Mailbox Plus store for 15 years. As a retiree, it's more convenient for me to go to a neighborhood store than to wait in the long line at the post office. The prices are comparable, but service and advice are better and I don't have to wait at MailboxPlus. In our neighborhood, we all support these small family businesses. I really like the MailboxPlus shop, as it is located right next to the big Publix store and there is convenient parking right in front of the MailboxPlus store so I do not need to carry my parcels. When I have a big parcel the store manager is carrying it for me. My daughter has a mailbox rented at MailboxPlus and it is cheap and reliable. She is also happy. read more

Do not go here. Terrible service. Website says open until 1 but the guy here put a sticker over the closing time and said noon. Even still has the "open" light on still. And when I talked to him the other day was super unfriendly. Just avoid this place. read more

The person behind the register is arrogant, rude, and nasty. I recommend you find your shipping supplies and notary somewhere else we bought shipping boxes from this place wrong size to heavy. We went back same day to return them the minute we walk in he yells no Return. My husband sister-in-law looked around the store, nothing was posted about returning changes so we addressed that. He said no returns. I have to ask my boss come back tomorrow at 9 o'clock. I don't know how to put money back on the card. Went back the next day same issue this time he had posted no exchange policy. We had taken pictures of the whole store the day before, and the sign did not exist. We argued he called the cops. We explained the situation to the officers they went inside. They spoke to him. Same story. no return no exchanges. While we were there, he got really indignant, nasty and rude. Very inconvenient I asked for a receipt for amazon returns and they werent able to provide proof needed for the returns, I understand most have tracking numbers but in cases like when return packages it's also helpful the proof that you returned the item. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I Spoke with a guy named "Greg" I am very much sure that is not hes real name. Absolutely disgusting costumer service. I never dealt with this company before DHL, and I had called to get information about my package. The guy told me it was my fault I wasn't home for my delivery and will be charging me multiple fees because I couldn't be home to receive my package. He also told me he did not have to hold my package at there place that I should be grateful there even holding it for me. like I'm sorry but never have I ever in my life got spoken to like that for asking for information about a package? My experience at Mailbox plus was awesome. From the initial phone call to the in person service, I was made to feel like I was a customer forever. Tino was so helpful and personable and knowledgeable! I had to call the store this morning again with a question and he immediately remembered me from my visit last week.
