Receipt notes: Clerk #5 on 9/24/2025 at 10:40 AM (my appointment was at 10:30 AM). I was there for maybe 15 minutes total. I was truly expecting at least 45 minutes. Everything was easy, fast, professional, and convenient. There is so much surrounding a passport, so it's hard to know where to go and what to do. I already has my photos done at Walgreens a week prior and I completed my paperwork prior to my post office appointment. Doing this will shorten your appointment time. UPDATE: A 2nd clerk showed up and the line flew! Both clerks were extremely helpful. The man who helped me took extra care to ensure that I knew where my tracking numbers were, and that I would receive proof of receipt from the recipient of my letter. I could hear how the other clerk was supporting customers at her window and it was equally above and beyond the typical level of service. So, staffing levels here kind of sucks, but the clerks themselves are awesome!
