There was a line, but instead of one employee manning the front counter that can handle 4 attendants, they had 3 employees working, with 4th person doing clean up of the people that queued up. She asked customers certain questions to ascertain what they needed and speed up the process. She was a little gruff and to the point in her way of dealing with things, but she did have a soft spot of asking people how their day was going. With Covid, the line may seem long with social distancing, but I like the fact they understand people shouldn't be waiting in line for any longer than they need to be. When it was my turn, the guy was really nice (which I was already observing that with other customers) and got me done quickly. He seemed very experienced because he could anticipate what I needed to do from my initial approach to the counter to using the credit card system. Well done USPS.
