Do you think it's been delivered yet? No. I have been over to that Post Office four times. My package has been to Washington DC twice and back. It has been to the person who sent me the package twice. What kind of operation is this? Why is USPS not stepping in? they are lucky they still have their jobs. It showed that my package was at the post office available for pick up one of the days, so I went over there, and the gentleman who is supposedly the supervisor said it was NOT there. Said it would probably be delivered to me tomorrow. the next day, nothing arrived. And then it was going back to DC again. if I could send you a picture of all of the tracking information, you guys would not believe it. There are at least 15 lines of where this package has been to. What a joke! Their lack of concern is concerning. They do not seem to care about their job or what they are doing. Dealing with them was the worst!

I implore you do not I repeat DO NOT patron this post office. I try really hard to extend grace to people especially those who've been on the front line during the pandemic. But this place is a joke. I had a prepaid item to ship and you can see based off of the signage they are refusing to hand our receipts for prepaid items. They've set up a box where you just leave your items. They don't seem to understand that without evidence of a receipt I cannot prove that I took my package to the post office and dropped it off. I dropped off the package on Monday 11/29. The package today Friday 12/3 is still showing as if I am still in possession. It has no scans not even a scan that they have it. The two customer service agents were literally NO help. And one had an attitude when I went in to inquire. She was extremely nasty. The only thing they could say is if you left your package it was scanned. The rude young lady at the front even suggested that I didn't bring my package in "nobody else has complained about their packages not being scanned." I'm telling you don't do business here!!

I redirected a package to this location and the package was delivered because I received an email. I went to pick up my package at the UPS store in Laplata and the worker (Gee) who was very rude and would not give me his full name when I requested it told me the package was already picked up, how could that be did you verify their identity, he said he did. I had to file a police report with the LaPlata Police Department. I will never use this business again!
