I sent my RV to US Rents -It after the recent tornado. Dan in the RV shop found damage the insurance adjuster did not notice and got that approved to pay. They replaced my AC, awning, the ladder, a light, and repaired the roof damage Dan found. They got it done in about 2 weeks just in time for our trip to South Louisiana. The AC had to be on the entire time down there and it rained a lot. No leaks, the AC worked great, the awning and ladder are perfect. This is a top notch repair shop that I highly recommend. I recently rented a small piece of equipment from US Rents It. It was fast and easy, taking only a few minutes. I was already in the computer, so they waived the deposit and said I could pay when I returned the equipment. This turned out great because I was done within about an hour, instead of the four hours I expected it to take, so instead of paying and getting a refund later, I only paid once. The men working were professional and friendly. Every word out of their mouths was attentive, helpful, or polite and made me glad I went there. When the need arises, I will definitely think of USRI before any other equipment rental place. read more

I had to use the US Rents It small engine repair shop today. I was at work and my 15 year old son was out mowing yards when he hit a stump and bent his mower blade. I went and picked him up and took him and the mower to US Rents It. There we spoke to Mike in the small engine repair shop. Mike found the right blade and took the time to teach my son the proper way to change the blades as well as inspected the mower for further damage. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. I can't recommend Mike and the guys at US Rents It enough. read more

I called US Rent it to rent a tiller to loosen up my soil for gardening. I spoke with a guy called Ken and he said whatever I was needing was called a cultivator and not a tiller. I said fine but will it do the job I was describing and he said yes. I enquired about the cost of renting and he did explained everything. Unfortunately, the cultivator could not work my garden soil. Apparently, the equipment he rented out to me was for light loosen soils and could not till my backyard soil. I called the office the following morning to make a complain about how inefficient the equipment was. To my amazement, this guy (Ken) started raising his voice at me and said he was not going to be on the phone arguing with me. What the heck! All I wanted this guy to do was to reason with me. Considering a company like US Rents it, I will expect a suggestion to compensate me with a bigger cultivator for an hour or two. I was not on the phone for a fight. All I wanted them to know was, they rented me the wrong equipment I paid for and I couldn't use the equipment. I had planned to call the manager and make my complain. To me, this guy called Ken working at the industrial area US Rents it is unprofessional, biased and has very poor customer service. I will never plan to rent from US Rents it. If you are considering to rent from US Rents it, you might want to avoid this guy called Ken and make sure whatever you are paying for will be worth the payment. read more
