I rented a van from US Van Rental (www.lax-van-rentals.com), for me and my family (two adults for kids). When I picked up van the initial quick look over showed dark stains on all of the upholstery seats and floor plus a weird smell. I needed the van that day so I pointed it out to the owner (Mo), and took the van. Come to find out the smell was really bad, it looked like it was not disinfected or cleaned, so I had to clean it myself before my family got into it. Definitely not Covid safe van. The owner also Supplied snow chains for the van. I packed up the van and my family and I set off on our trip. As we were driving the whole way the van vibrated with a loud noise due to bad suspension. It was not good and I was afraid the van was not going to perform properly. Also, as expected it snowed where we were at and we had to put on the snow chains. *The owner supplied us with the wrong size chains That didn't work and we were stranded on the freeway for hours until emergency Services came and I had to buy chains for the van. After I dropped off van I contacted Harris and the owner fir a refund and nothing has been done to refund the van for this terrible experience. I do not suggest anyone using US Van Rental (www.lax-van-rentals.com), as their van was dirty, was not sanitized, clearly had a bad suspension, did not provide the right size snow chains, it was a dangerous situation. read more

The owner, Mo, is a crook. I should have known something was shady when I originally called him and he refused to let me know how many vans he had when I was trying to determine how early I needed to make my reservation. I ended up booking one online with them and then fast forward to pickup date: when I went to pick up the van, I drove to the name of the company their website calls themselves "LAX Van Rentals", when I drive there I find out that Mo was an old employee they fired years ago who know uses their company name to benefit from the goodwill of the actual LAX Van Rentals. What a shady way to run a business. I noticed there was no address on the booking reservation they sent me, so I had to call. Mo picked up and told me that they never confirmed my reservation even though I entered all my info correctly, and that they must have canceled it... all without telling me of course. Mo then told me he with a customer and had to call me back in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later he called me back. This is a fake company.They rent the vans from other companies and rent to you.Because of this guys I missed my flight from LA to Paris. Thhey gave me an adress 27 Avion drive,LA to drop 3 vans.When I put the address to GPS, it said there is no number 27 in Avion drive.I called them, they said 27 Avion drive again...after 30 minutes I parked the vans in front of United Cargo parking lot.When they came to pick up the vans I missed my flight from LA to Paris which costs me extra 700$. They said I am supposed to park the vans in a public parking lot. At the begining they said each van has GPS, but 2 of them has GPS and they do not have cables in the vans to recharge. Never and ever try to use them.Pay some more and find a reliable company. read more

I rented a 15 passenger van for my family on July 17, 2018, with pick-up scheduled for Jul 21, 2018. I was not personally part of the vacation party but all confirm that their entire rental experience was great. The van was amazing and served our needs perfectly. The Pick-up and return process was easy (a tiny bit hard to find location on return, but not a deterrent) There was some confusion with paying that was completely my fault and everyone worked professionally and politely with me to get issues resolved. I arranged for a Mercedes Benz sprinter van a couple months ahead of the February rental time (off season). the day before rental I was notified via text that the did not have Benz would sub a Ford. I inquired on price and was just advised that cost would be adjusted without a specific amount. I was so busy with everything I had no time to shop the alternative van. When we arrived at LAX we were left waiting to be picked up and at departure we had to wait 20 minutes for the guy to meet us to return us to the airport. The van was not in the best condition the sliding door was almost impossible to open from inside the motor had me questioning if it would make it to the destination. And the guy that picked us up and dropped off was rude! So I was expecting a classy rental renting a Benz instead got a second rate odd operation that rented me a pos ford for 5 days at $1500. I read all the great reviews on this company and looked at their website so I decided to call. The website said that had A whole fleet of vans available so I was excited. They the guy answered the phone I asked if they had cargo vans for rent and he didn't say "yes" or "no" he just said "hold on." He came back to the phone and asked for what day and put me on hold again and quickly came back and said "no not for that day." Its fine you don't have it but don't advertise a fleet of vans and you don't have one to rent in the middle of the week. Also, the phone etiquette could definitely be a lot better! It's a weird set-up, but everything worked out. I met the guy on the street. If it weren't for the reviews, I would have thought this was something shady...lol. But I got a nice clean van to use for the day. I had to take a star because returning the van was a little hassle. I had to drop it off in Lot C. It was pitch black in there and hard to find a spot due to lack of available spaces and the size of the spaces being that the van was big. True story: I booked a van w/ Enterprise. When I went to pick it up, it was old, and literally disgustingly dirty - the Enterprise manager was rude and incompetent beyond belief. I was leaving on a family vacation the next day. I was in a panic. I called Harris at LAX Van Rentals and he personally delivered a brand-spanking-new lux van to my doorstep within 2 hours. Great experience with our rental! We rented the 15-seater high-top van for our family of 13 and it was wonderful! At first we were hesitant about driving around such a large vehicle but we didn't really have issues with driving/parking it. Picking-up was easy because they pick you up right at the terminal (don't have to cross street!) Dropping off our rental was also an easy process. We didn't have any issues at all with the vehicle. The van space was more than enough for our large family plus our luggages. On top of that, their staff was wonderful. Their staff was quick to respond during our reservation process and the driver that transported us to and from LAX airport was very friendly! I was quite hesitant at first because I hadn't ever heard of this company (just found it doing a Google search). I went ahead and booked it just hoping for the best. I was glad I did! This was literally the best experience I have ever had renting a car. I called them after we picked up our luggage and they showed up at the curb, right there, within about 5 minutes.
