We just came back from seeing the Lion King so the time is about 11:00 p.m. I know I wasn't going home to cook so my daughter suggested we come here for a late night snack. Well in my case I wanted more than a snack. Our order was ready in less than 15 minutes even though the guy told us it would be a 15 minute wait. I want to say the food was ready in about 12 minutes which was okay. We drove about 10 minutes away and I began to dive in immediately the food was super hot as far as temperature and overall it was good. I don't think I would get it with the rice again but I would definitely order it again. The chicken was good the shrimp was good cabbage was a bit Tangy but it was okay it wasn't nothing that I couldn't stomach again. My daughter loved hers but every time she goes there she gets the same thing. I did taste some fries... just okay but I'm good on the fries. Nevertheless I would recommend you come here at least to try it out. The menu is massive so it should be something for everyone to try from vegetarian or not. Parking plentiful even though it's located inside of a shopping plaza us arriving 11:30 p.m. at night on a Saturday it was no parking issues at all and I'm sure during daylight hours you wouldn't have an issue as well. You can very well call your order in or place an order online but because this is my first time I ended up waiting until we got to the restaurant to place my order. When I arrived to the location I noticed the the lobby was vacant-dirty; the space was dirty and not ready for guest. The space felt abandoned and soiled. Don't believe me; send the NN Health Department to check it out. When I arrive and walk to the counter to pay; I couldn't help but notice how filthy the gentleman's hands were ... like eww! Wash your hands sir! I was very bothered by this. I understood the gentleman's first language may have not been English and he seemed kind hearted; but again Go Wash Your Hands! Complete turn off. The customer service here lacked due to poor usage of English, however, I can say there were smiles worn, correct change given, and a receipt with my order. Yet still not enough to keep me from telling Yelp on y'all. Seriously this place should not be in business. FUN FACT: Did you know that more than 60 percent of new restaurants fail within the first year of being open? (Google it.) Often, the main reason new restaurants fail is primarily because of location. I'd like to think that the owner was the gentleman with the ungodly hands and in that case generally the owner lacks self-awareness that he has no business actually being at that location. This area has grown and converted to a more complex and upbeat town; with NNS employees foot traffic comes a price tag and it shouldn't be to the ER due to lack of superb personal hygiene. This can cause food poisoning. Superb personal hygiene let alone food safety/handling isn't a request, it's a requirement. P.S. I didn't feel comfortable eating the food or giving it away.. so it went to the Dump, to the DUMP, to the dump DUMP Dump ...
