FUN FACT: Did you know that more than 60 percent of new restaurants fail within the first year of being open? (Google it.) Often, the main reason new restaurants fail is primarily because of location. I'd like to think that the owner was the gentleman with the ungodly hands and in that case generally the owner lacks self-awareness that he has no business actually being at that location. This area has grown and converted to a more complex and upbeat town; with NNS employees foot traffic comes a price tag and it shouldn't be to the ER due to lack of superb personal hygiene.
