The shop is well lit, clean and has a large dressing room and mirrored wall for alternations. For dry cleaning, since this is not his main business, expect to wait about a week for pick up and to pay a little more. I dropped off my three items on a Thursday afternoon and left my cellphone number which Andy said that he would text when the items were ready. I never received a text so I waited a little over a week to pick up my items on the following Saturday afternoon. My items were ready when I got there and the dress that I dropped off with a few stains looked as good as new! I paid $7 an item which is definitely on the higher end but I was happy to see the quality of the work. Other notes - free parking is becoming increasingly scarce in Rice Village so be prepared to walk a few blocks during busier times of the day if you don't want to pay to park.
